(More) Trauma Therapy (Patreon)

So...

...something I'm not going to include in this series—but will write about here—is that this final(?) program of Cognitive Processing Therapy began January 9th, 2024. And during that time I underwent eight sessions with eight completed assignments. And it all came to a screeching halt, and we are starting over completely. And I hated that then?

And I do not love it now.

And because I can't think of a way to depict this in the overall "J Them They Series" I'm choosing not to. Even though it's a relevant detail, and very humanizing, to illustrate the START & STOP nature of Recovery and Trauma Work.

It be like that sometimes. In other words.

TECHNICALLY I had one session in which I was given my assignment and we talked about it. But this does not a Trauma Session make, so I didn't tally it.
