I’m kind of annoyed, because once again I find myself in pain. It makes me wonder if it’s all in my head somehow.<br><br>My hand/wrist hurts. I spent today resting, and it feels like tomorrow I’ll do the same. Wednesday I’ll call someone, but oh my gosh am I sick of doctors.<br><br>If it were my left hand that would be one thing but this is my drawing hand. My everything hand.<br><br>The good news is Alex officially has her driver’s license.<br><br>I am benefiting from a book on mindful self compassion.<br><br>And I’m not freaking out (as much) about preparing my taxes.<br><br>I just wish my hand didn’t hurt ☹️
