Want to begin this post with an overdue thank you to patrons Stephen and Keyo!

Stephen is a new patron here, thank you so much for the pledge!

Keyo just increased their pledge amount, thank you Keyo!

The Fear represents a bunch of things. Death. Pollution. Climate Change. It mutates to reflect what we're afraid of right back at us - which is why I'm coming to realize The Fear for me also represents mental illness.

I'm also pulling from an old fear of insects/creepy crawlies and my own Trypophobia - or my disgust of closely-packed holes.

Unlike a ghost with an ethereal form, The Fear's body is a sentient liquid. It can rain on you. Drip from a faucet. Form a pool.

What do you think?

I'm still not entirely satisfied with with. Once I've got a sketch I really like I'm going to digitize and color it.

This is great, #2 and #4 are my favorites

Coriander in the Spice Rack

These are all so good. #3 really speaks to me as something from my night terrors. *meep*

These are really creepy. I would be interested to see one with white lines on black background.
