Ok, so I’ve been waiting since season 1 for this comment. I’ve watched this show well over 10 times, and this is the first time I caught this. In season 1 Melfi asks Tony for an example of a good memory he has about his mother growing up and all Tony is able to come up is the time his father fell and got hurt and his mother couldn’t stop laughing at him. And Melfi looks sad to hear that. I’ve always wondered why the show made Tony trip and fall in such a goofy manner, it looks odd the way it’s shot.

That's a young gen thing . Parents sacrificed a lot of they happiness to take care of us . It's some terrible parents out there . Some dads don't raise they kids . Religious kids don't feel the same way about owing they parents . I'm not a judging person . but when we rebellious an rude. Parents don't sign up for that . But they stick with us . An can be counted on ..when they get older . We help them . It's just the good person thing to do . Tony mother is a terrible parent . So definitely she not owed anything but he still takes care of her . Legally we responsible for our immediate family. That's just how society is .

Carmela emotionally cheats . Tony physically cheats . Carmela tries to cheat but because she don't succeed at it . Doesn't mean her intention to cheat isn't any less worse . Carmela loved that priest. She could have divorced Tony . But she stays and she knows he's cheating. He lies . But she knows he cheating. What man let's a man who wants to sleep with his wife like the priest stay there . An not hurt him . Tony lets her have her emotional relationships with men . Tony is a dog . She don't really love him anymore. But she loves the kids . Carmela is a good person . Mobsters are cheaters I guess . They are criminals. Great episode.
