What a great episode! Now the long wait for s2. How great are the casting team? As you said, the actress playing Maura really looked like Malcolm. And Brian (Jamie) looked so much like Jamie (Sam) when he was lining up to shoot the arrow to take out the 3rd assassin. I really enjoyed Jocasta in this episode. It was nice to see that a positive sisterly relationship was restored prior to them parting (perhaps forever). Q is short for Quentin or 'Uncle Lamb' - Henry's brother. Thank you for your great reactions to this season.

Maura is a hoot. Dougal and her consummating their marriage was hilarious. The scene between Ellen and Murtagh was beautiful. And...no...I don't want to see them be a throuple. Not even a little bit. lol

Hi Evie ! Did you know that young Angus and young Rupert are played by Grant O'Rourke ("old" Rupert) and Stephen Walters's ("old" Angus) own sons ? I think that's amazing ! This ending was so frustrating but makes us crave for more and looking forward for Outlander's last season... Now we have to wait a few month for that and I am sad... Bises ^^

Hi, Evie. I know you talking about something else and missed a huge easter egg. McKrannock (sp?) gave a gift to Ellen. That gift was the pearls that Jamie gives to Claire on their wedding night! Yes, Colum is already married to Laticia. I'm not sure what the solution for the ending should have been, but it sure created drama for next season. I will miss your reactions until Outlander. BTW, I went to Stratford-Upon-Avon to see Sam Heughan as Macbeth - his dream role, especially being at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Saw 3 performances and he really crushed it. He was amazing! Not a sliver of Sam or Jamie. He played Macbeth with his whole being. To see him perform in front of my eyes (and only 2 feet away in some cases) was the opportunity of my lifetime!

Beautiful, sweet, innocent Murtagh. My heart just breaks for him.
