June is Pride Month, a month dedicated to the commemoration of LGBT pride that is celebrated throughout the Western world. 

The first pride marches in the world were held right here in my home city of NYC, in response to the Stonewall riots which occurred on June 28, 1969. And I've had the distinct privilege to work with, and to know as close friends, many members of the LGBTQ community here and abroad. 

As such, I'd like to make a video that touches on LGBT issues, but I wanted to get your feedback as patrons in particular. Please take a look at the poll, and let me know what you think as well, in the comments! If you're uncomfortable with leaving a public comment, please PM me -- I'm happy to talk in private about your concerns, too. 

What kind of content, if any, should Moon Channel make for Pride Month? Would it be too anxiety inducing, or perhaps even unwelcome, due to my own identity?

I'm more interested in the broadstrokes development of LGBT characters in the East vs. West and cultural influences, as that isn't covered by other channels as much. I feel like if I wanted a video on Vivian specifically, I could find it elsewhere, and I know I've seen Birdo ones already. That being said, I'd still watch the Vivian video, it just isn't my first choice.

The more I think about this topic, the more I am considering perhaps, a shorter video on just the development and acceptance of trans characters in Japanese games in particular. I'm finding though that my schedule for June is a bit busier than I'd thought. I don't want to neglect this important topic, but I do need to figure out what I can realistically produce in this time frame.
