• Added in a remix of the original storytime scene; now it has Aurelian included! And Adelina first gives us a hint of how her brother's dalliance with Lady Alicia created problems for the imperial family with the birth of the bastard, Frederick. There are two separate versions that depend on your gender. Minor changes.

• New choice tree with three branches that will happen in the last day for the first caravan trip.

• Option 1) Falconry with Mother Janiel and the Duchess of Bridgewatch; this is where we can begin to learn about the ancient sport of hawking! You'll also have the opportunity to learn a bit more about both women and their family.

• Option 2) Storytime in Lady Valerie's carriage with Lady Charmel, Aurelian, and two other noble children, Lady Cassiel Elwen, and Lord Themiel Parsec. Both will feature in the routes and will be part of the royal court. Here starts the proud KaE tradition of the Champion reaching into their bag to parody stories from earth. The first of the stories we will parody will be Star Dust, played by the characters Lucky Skywatcher and Vater the Sicken Lord! This will become one of Aurelian's favorites.

• Option 3) Join your parents in the carriage and learn more about what their plans are for the Crownlands, and what is happening in the kingdom at large as they discuss the current political environment. By far the least interactive choice, but it will be jammed packed with information to prep you for the royal court once we arrive at Blackwall. They made you promise that you'd shut up while they talk.

• After the above, we'll be re-entering familiar territory with the introduction of Master Feren and his clan. It'll be changed from what you know however, due to introducing the newer characters and the setting up of the three routes and royal court. This is where the majority of my efforts have been spent the last few days (polishing, adding in the character interactions, and setting up).

• After the above is set up and we're done with the familiar territory of the Master Feren arrival subplot, the starts of the prince and princess route takes place in earnest with our Champion beginning to take an active role in the story (holy shit at last lmao). This mostly means your Champion being able to explore, meet people, take classes, play with the other children, listen/participate in gossip, and mediate/fight with the other children. While Master Feren will be our "Aristotle" who gives us an education worthy of our royal status, other Argentian nobles will give us the education of a proper noble(man/woman) of the kingdom.

For the Princess Route, our teachers will be of course our mother Queen Adelina, Lady Valerie, Lady Charmel Lawborne, and Lady Azurel Lawborne. These two will only stay for a limited time as they're women who are at the royal court looking to court under Queen Adelina's sponsorship. As such, they will be replaced as mentors later on by other ladies-in-waiting in the group when the time comes. PS: their marriages can be influenced by you. Find their OTP and cockblock the bad squirrels looking only for a nut!

For the Prince Route, our teachers will be of course our father King Uriel, Lord Altairel Morven (Count Fenar), Lord Armiel Ast'stead (Count Rageon), and later on Lord Michael Ulrich (Count Nortwend). Unlike the ladies above, these three will stay in the royal court till we leave. Only Count Fenar is looking for a spouse (not really, dude is too depressed lmao) so good luck!

As discussed before, the Squire Route will not be available in the Dec. 15th update, as becoming a squire requires us to be a lil bit older until we can start physical training. I have no doubt the Squire route will begin in the next 20k words after this upcoming one, however.

So as to not overwhelm readers however, the adults will feature most and you'll be given the chance to interact with them. The noble children will be focused on next.
