Rebel Duet v0.6 is coming along nicely. In terms of a release date, I'm expecting it will be out and ready to play in the second half of January - roughly three weeks from now.

The early part of this update builds on the romance between the MC and Valerie, after the shocking revelation from the end of the previous update. While their relationship thus far has been mostly sexual, I've wanted to add moments where the two feel more like a couple  - or at least partners in crime - which I hope will also add more emotional weight to future scenes.

This chapter will see an argument between Valerie and Rena. The player can choose to take either Valerie's or Rena's side, or you can opt not to interject and let them end it by themselves. This will add love points to the character you've chosen to side with, or none, in case you'd like to keep yourself open for other opportunities. Perhaps that might be a harem, or a particular elven lady? *wink*

I've also spent some time improving the fonts and UI, as well as making other, smaller additions. This includes more sound effects and music, demonic texts, and an extra (slightly gory) image added to the Rena flashback. I'll likely be improving the UI further still, but for the time being, I feel it's a lot cleaner than before while also maintaining simplicity and ease-of-use.
