their panic is incredible, i respect it. When I first went through TYBW, I was so used to people just recovering from all sorts of life ending injuries, I was like "they'll be fine" their anxiety is a pretty unique reaction from what I've seen Edit: if you think about it, quincy prep time far eclipsed soul society prep time for this invasion. look how soul society was caught off guard but the quincies have been in hiding forever

Mimi

When Renji showed up and you started panicking and telling him to "fall back", that was so funny!! Kinda rude but totally justified lmao Yes Ransotengai, the technique Opie used is the same that Ishida used in OG. It's a technique where they use strings made of reishi and attach them to their immobilized body, making them move like marionettes.
It's a different technique to "Blut", the one Urahara mentioned this episode. "Blut" is a technique where they inject reishi in their bloodstreams to increase their attacking or deffensive power. That's why none of the soulreapers could cut the Quincies, they used Blut to strengthen their deffense. Also Blut means blood in german.

Ransotengai is the "puppeteering" ability - Ishida used it in his fight with Mayuri when his arm got paralyzed - it uses reishi to force your body to move, despite injuries or effects. Mayuri mentions it was originally developed for elder quincy to allow themselves to move despite their age. Blut is something different.

I neeeeed moreeee

flowrence

for them to give us like +300 eps. for us to not necessarily bond with, but get to know- know enough to want to know more about some characters, just for them to get KILLED is crazy work

COMICALUTA

Ironic that it’s the Bankai spammers that got their bankai stolen rendering them almost useless

Polygon

i wouldnt' call Soi Fon a bankai spammer lol up until this point she's used it once

Few things: Rangiku has her manga-accurate hair color now. It is blonde as opposed to the orange-ish color in OG. The "Blut" that Kisuke was explaining at the end is the blue veins you see showing up on their skin. It acts as either an offensive buffer or a defensive barrier but like he said they can't use both offensive buff and defensive buff at the same time. "Blut" means blood in german. Ransotengai is the puppeteering reishi ability that Ishida used back in soul society arc to move his injured limbs with reishi. This is the second time Shunsui fights someone with a gun LOL

WhichHunter

It's enjoyable to see TYBW from a fresh pair of eyes that have no idea what to expect

Titas Cerneckis

Next episode has a post credit scene, make sure to watch it 👍

Grimmjow

the amount of times you guys said “we are so cooked” just shows how bad it is for our side lmao

JDanime

Is our lack of confidence in SS showing? 🙊

JDanime

To simplify things, we will watch all the openings and endings after we're caught up :D Some op/ed have spoilers so this is the easiest way 💕
