When Aizen says "I cannot stand seeing the Quincy King follow in the footsteps of a Soul Reapers", it goes back to when Yhwach says "We follow the same path of destroying the soul society". What Aizen is essentially saying is that Yhwach is just a copycat trying to do the same thing he was. And considering Quincy's hates soul reaper's and pride themselves on being different to them, Aizen is saying it should be a source of shame for Yhwach to try and copy a soul reaper. In other words he is just dissing the hell out of him, lol. It's not that Aizen is choosing soul society, he would just never subjugate himself to anyone.

Yūhabahha most likely comes from the Tetragrammaton "YHWH". The name of god in the hebrew bible. The two most used vocalizations are Yehowa and Yahweh. "Yhwach" only exist in english/international releases. "Yūhabahha" is not a german name. Where did you get that information?
