Yep. Ginjo and Tsukishima were found in Rukon district cuz they are dead souls now. Royal Palace can not be entered without the key so SS's function is to keep the balance of souls in check and stop guys like Aizen from creating the key to Royal Palace.

It's never explicitly stated, but it seems like a significant aspect of training for soul reapers is what they do in their inner world. Like Ichigo training in his inner world by fighting Tensa Zangetsu and his inner hollow before his battle with Aizen. Just from that inner world training, Ichigo seemed to gain an insane amount of experience and power without actually lifting a finger.

I'm sure many Bleach fans share this sentiment, but Byakuya should have stayed dead. I'm not talking about the shock factor, but the setups, parallels, impact and follow-ups would have been so good through his death. Mayuri's explanation regarding the inability to fix a destroyed Bankai was explored further in the manga. Ikkaku, for example, had his Bankai restored by Mayuri, but it is not as strong as it was before. Kommamura is the only exception, considering how he shares wounds with his Bankai. Meaning even if his Bankai loses an arm or two, it will go back to how it was before when Kommamura heals himself. Another example was given in the form of Renji, as the fangs that were destroyed by Byakuya remain destroyed to this day. That explains why Renji keeps losing his fights. Another info that was taken out in the anime is how Tenjiro mentions how Urahara's healing ponds are created based on his own. As for your question regarding Squad 0's strength, one aspect of it is down to how their bones were transformed by the Soul King into Oken.

Nah. Ur a very small minority that wanted biyakuya dead. Kubo changed a lot of things but kept this because he had 10 years to know how ppl felt about his death. Ur the only one I saw think different until now. He is a fan fav and going full Got was not a good thing so he didn't.

How's Byakuya being alive a good thing? Byakuya was to Ichigo what Chojiro was to Yamamoto. Furthermore, Byakuya's death would have elevated the Cour 2 elements. Spoilers With his death, we could have had Blade is Me type moments for Renji and Rukia which would have been a big thing considering how good it was for Zaraki and Ichigo.
