Art and lighting was superbly beautiful this episode. Extra. Both dads looked top 3 hottest male chars of the show as well. Can we assume Isshin was limited here due to Gentei Kaijo? Isshin used that wall kido "Danku" to block that last explosion. Aizen snuck him using that invisibility robe that Urahara created. Edit: removed wrong assumption/detail

I think Kubo stated that Toshiro and Rangiku knew about Isshin. They recognized him when they were at the house the first time, but out of respect didn't say anything to him about it. I wish they did say something to him though.

Ryuken got the "nice guys finish last" treatment. Feel so bad for him but I am still happy that Masak ended up with Isshin!! You can literally see Ichigo's personality in them! This episode shows us how Aizen did not actually plan everything. His research subject, Ichigo, happened due to a miracle. But Aizen, being Aizen (one who wants to have everything under his control), just took advantage of what had happened outside his plans.

Nothings gonna change the fact that without Aizen, Ichigo as we know wouldn't even exist. It dosent matter if his target was to make Ichigo or not. His parents literally met because of Aizen playing around and the hollow in Ichigo is literally from Aizens experiments. Ichigo isn't a Miracle, he is one of Aizens experiments that went in a direction that he didn't expect but instead of killing Isshin when he had the upper hand, he let it proceed because his experiment was going in a direction he didn't expect but knew had potential. The guy who invented the lightbulb didn't intend it but it was still his creation, miracle or not because he was the one experimenting. And let's not forget, if Aizen didn't try to get control as u say, Ichigo if he existed somehow would still be pre Bleach ep 1 Ichigo who could barely see spirits. Even if he lost his cool at the end, Aizen destroyed the cleaner and expected Ichigo to come with new powers. And that is the reason Soul society even has a chance of survival by training that Ichigo further that was groomed step by step by Aizen till he got sealed.

I think you're just hung up on the minute details. Aizen acts like he's an architect but he's a gardener at heart. His excitement when he saw something that wasn't according to plan was of the roof. That alone tells the whole picture. It's is a miracle because Masaki just happened to have sensed the event. That's one thing. Next is how Isshin decided to break the rules and be in that place. Third one could be how Isshin was the target but White ended up choosing Masaki. I see the point you're making but Aizen literally had his hands off the moment Masaki arrived. The Edison example doesn't work because one was actively controlling the testing environment but the other one wasn't.
