The score in this episode is top tier. It really emphasizes the tone and makes this one of my fav episodes in the entire series.

Aegon and Helaena (brother and sister) are indeed married and they have two kids (twins, a boy and a girl), they just kinda skip over it in the show

I find interesting you compared Aegon to Joffrey, because to me he is the polar opposite. He really is an incredibly tragic and sympathetic villain when you think about it. The first boy to ever be passed over as heir, desperate for love, a failure, a drunkard, a young father, and effectively a sacrificial lamb and tool for others since birth. Him taking the throne for his family, never having wanted it. He is an asshole and a monster like Joffrey, but for the opposite reasons. Joffrey has been covered in love and advantages. Aegon received none really. I kinda do believe that Aegon, raised and loved normally, could have turned into someone decent, while Joffrey could never have. So they are two monters, but totally different to me. I can have pity for Aegon. I can't for Joffrey. Also the Feet Situation Reaction made me laugh so hard :D

I mean it is dumb to say that you dont want to take damage your reputation in history books by not being a person who started the war (Rhaenys) and then trample/kill common people... Especially there has to be other exit in the caves (somehow dragon entered those caves without destroying everything). Besides she and show were hinting that she would've been a good Queen, yeah nice queen, I am sure common people would love such decisions made by her... Also even events during that incident was stupid... Gates were almost closed when the dragon turned to the side of the crown then it stayed screaming like forever and gates still closing. Also what would that gates do?) Daenerys' dragons were melting castles (but again couldn't melt rock John snow hiding behind but that's another topic)... P.S SPOILER! Since they already saw season 2, why kings landing population was sad( or rather upset) for the dragon and her rider? She and her dragon literally treated them like ants...
