Seemingly even Vizards weren't safe from bankai stealing cuz Shinji here was seen using one of the pills too to temporarily hollowfy his bankai. So the vizards are hollowfied souls but they don't have hollowfied Zanpakuto like Ichigo has.

That explanation does not quite fit tbh since zanpakuto are part of their souls. I think it is down to the hollow part not being one with their soul reaper powers. To the Vizards, the hollow part is an external entity, but to Ichigo, for example, it has always been there, as it was a part of him.
