Thank you Brad for this reactr request!

A movie with Bruce Willis and Meryl Streep... that's not something I expected, but oh wow was it silly, fun, ridiculous and just a great watch.

I love the absurdity of all of it 🤣

I expect serious movies when Meryl Streep is involved, and one look at the poster made me realize this was not that at all.

It's best that you go into this movie with 0 information!!

For this style of reaction, you need your own copy to watch the movie.  You can set picture in picture by right clicking twice on the video and selecting "Picture in picture". The right clicking twice is a bit tricky, because you have to right click, then move your cursor so it's not on the menu, then right click again

Thank you so much for being here and watching along with me!!

FULL LENGTH REACTION | Death Becomes Her (1992) [2025]

Reminder that you need your own copy of the movie to watch along with me since this is solely my reaction. The video is there so you can have an idea when the scene changes in case you need to sync up, but it is HEAVILY blurred so I don't have any copyright issues. Enjoy!!

Thanks, Vero! 😆 When Isabella Rossellini's character says, after Meryl Streep's character drinks the potion, "And now a warning." To Ms. Streep's character screaming, "NOW, a warning?!" One of my favorite exchanges ever to be immortalized onscreen.

Death Becomes Her might not seem like a Robert Zemeckis movie at first, but if you compare it to some of the other movies he was making at the time ("Who Framed Roger Rabbit," the BTTF sequels, especially #2), it actually looks very similar. (I think he's literally working with the same cinematographer and editor throughout this period.) Also, in terms of the dark comedy: Zemeckis was actually a creator and executive producer of the cult favorite HBO horror series "Tales from the Crypt." (He also directed three episodes. No surprise: The ones he directed were among the most technically impressive of that show.) Zemeckis apparently was a massive fan of old "Hammer" horror movies and macabre humor, which may not be obvious when you look at movies like Forrest Gump, Contact and Cast Away.

Notice the signature very large interior sets and character’s face caught in the auto rear view mirror.. carries across several of his films..
