Elijah stop making sense cause it isn't that common those ppl wanted to react to whatever it was first 😂. Whole skeleton demon for views

To be fair, Mr. Cheng kept his word. He didn't try to murder Jentry until *after* she saved his daughter. I love that, despite Jentry having basically god-like power, she saves the day with empathy instead.

I think Gugu did not try and possess Mr. Cheng because he was already possessed. He's an SRO, Single Room Occupancy

I love that Stella, no supernatural powers or protections, sees this bigass monster emerge from the field and her first instinct is to protect Jentry. I love their friendship. I love how protective she is despite being out of her depth. Get a friend like Stella. Or be the friend like Stella. If you watch Gugu's fight with Cheng back at the beginning of the series, you can catch a glimpse of him within the Mogui. I did not predict the Kit swap, but Mosco did. Sucks to lose him, but I also *really* did not like his incel arc. At least he redeemed himself in the end.

Rachel Mae

Stella is such a girls’ girl I love her so much. And man Kit objectively sucked in a lot of ways but I also found his character arc to be quite tragic and I’m a tragedy enjoyer so it sucks to see him go I would’ve loved to see more of him in season 2 (if we even get a season 2)

Tintros

A most difficult decision. There's a question if she passes this up, would she ever be able to find another way to get the information? It doesn't seem likely, given the little deal making slime knows not because of something magical he can divine, but because he was there at the time... It's a rough one.

happy month long belated pride month! this episode was an incredible finale to the main arc of the season. cheng's daughter being scared and confused broke my heart when I watched this episode. but I love how sweet jentry was with her, and I love how they handled cheng's "redemption" at the end. it's nice that he realized his errors, and I like that they make a point that he's going to work to earn it rather than him just being apologetic being what gets him to spend the afterlife with his daughter. I don't know a whole ton about Chinese folklore, but it seems like it fits well with it. also snake lady pretty... also fun fact! that giant skeleton is actually a Japanese monster called a Gashadokuro. In fact I think they mentioned at one point that creatures from various mythologies were being brought into the town, not just Chinese ones, which is cool. I love the idea of different mythologies around the world co-existing.
