Can you resume Hilda for your Hilda for your next reaction? Mosco’s already Season 3.

Dark hair Jentry with powers is gonna be so weird

Crying over cool granmama AND having a gay moment. This episode's ruthless when it comes to your feelings!

I was so sure that they wouldn’t be able to make me sad over Gugu. SO SURE. I was wrong 🥲 I was a crying mess

The person who the ,,in memory of" at the end is for, is the creator's (Echo's) father I believe... And Peng (Jentry's dad) is based off of him.

Season two is still up in the air. Netflix hasn't said so far, but the creator definitely is up for one.

I'm a reck right there with you. I lost my mom suddenly just over a month ago and I'm bawling after this episode. What I would give to be able to keep her memories 😞

I'm given to understand that this show was initially ordered for 10 episodes, but part way through production, another 3 episodes were ordered. It's why these last 3 episodes feel like their own story. I get the feeling that these 3 episodes were supposed to be S2, so it's why it feels like there's a lot missing. They could have easily been stretched into 10 and padded out with the missing details. We could have discussed. -Michael learning the source of his powers. -Michael mastering his powers. -Maybe take the edge off Mr. Wheeler. -Give Stella a little more screen time to practice her talismans. When you announced you'd be doing Jentry Chau, the general vibe in the server was "Yes! ...oh no. The finale is gonna hurt!" It's always rough when it feels like a show is personally attacking you. But thank you for sharing your vulnerability with us. Gugu was... a satisfyingly complex character. Hers was an earned redemption. Too many shows do it wrong. And can we please get season 2 if for no other reason than I want to see Stella & Tokki dating! Any excuse to bring Michaela Dietz back.

Writers be like, "Elijah can have a blink and you miss it Sapphic moment, as a treat." One thing that's struck me throughout the story is that it never shames Jentry for being a girl, for being emotional. She cries, a lot. She loses her temper, a *lot*. Where other shows might wag their finger at the heroine for those things - see Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Supergirl as examples - it's never brought up. It's such a simple thing, but I feel it makes the writing stronger. A parting thought to inspire some fan art or fan fic - there is absolutely no reason that Jentry Chau and K-Pop Demon Hunters couldn't do a crossover.

Honestly an incredible finale to the season. (possibly series? hopefully not) We got a bittersweet ending for Gugu, a satisfying end(?) for the mogwai, Jentry gets to be with her mom and Ed, still gets to portal back and forth, and a cute sapphic moment. I'm sorry the ending got you tearing up though. I know how hard this can be for you. Hope you're feeling better <3
