Vox has been so shitty to his supposed friends that he got you to say "poor Val" which is hilarious but also oh my god lmao. Sure, it caused you physical pain, but still lol. But don't worry, I'm sure season 3 will give you plenty of time to hate Val even more since it seems that Angel will be a much bigger focus there. Which I had a feeling about since episode 6 when they revealed why he's been so absent this time. I honestly can't even blame Angel for relapsing after everything that's happened. Valentino's abuse was already bad enough, but Vox violated his mind and free will, which cuts deep. Was not expecting a quick Spanish lesson, but I'm here for! Honestly I always love learning bits of Spanish in your reactions. Vox vs Alastor round 2 with them both going all out was insanely fun to watch as well. I love how these shows do action and seeing their demon characters unleash their power. It's fun seeing how creative they get with magical characters. Also yeah, Velvette is actually a doll demon. You can see her joints in some scenes this season, and during episode 6 when Vox was circling her her head turned all the way around. It's really cool for a fashion demon to literally be a doll lol. I was fucking terrified for Emily this episode though. After she was hit by the cannon, then later when she was the first to work on stopping the weapon. I was so worried she'd sacrifice herself, and I'm so glad the others stepped in. And honestly? I think Vox being reduced to just a head is better than killing him. It stops him, but keeps him around for future stories. Plus he's basically now in his own hell. He's a powerhungry monster who's been reduced to an object. I'm sure he'll still try to plan and talk his way into power again, but for now he's neutralized. The final song was absolutely beautiful too. The unity and teamwork in not only hell, but even starting to form between heaven and hell. Like damn. And this is only season 2 btw. Seasons 3 and 4 have been greenlit, and I think Viv said she has plans for at least 5, so I can't even imagine what's to come. Anyways this comment is already way too long so I'll leave it here. Sorry for always doing this, I can just never stick to just 1 thing to talk about aaaaaa

I have two theories. On the stitches all over “the dumb deer” (lmao) I think that it’s from decapitation because it’s all over his arteries and limbs. I know this is a stretch, but I’m thinking that maybe when the hunter shot him he ended up, cutting him up to try and discard the evidence of what happened or in other battles he’s lost limbs and been ripped apart, especially the one at the waist that made me think that and another cute figure theory for nifty, I think that because she’s an insect or has this relationship with insects she was bitten by something with rabies and it caused her to die and that’s why she’s so insane or she got bit by a venomous insect. Just my thoughts.

My theories for the next seasons after this awesome finale: Valentino and Velvette won´t be killed, but they´ll get better bit by bit AND Valentino will let Angel Dust go, after XY happened (I mean redemption is the theme of this show)... And I 100% believe we´ll get Angel Dusts and Valentinos backstory next season (Cherri Bombs and Husks maaaaybe too).... Oh, and the Lute-shit will hit the fan some way! Regarding Alastor and Rosie: I guess their new deal was like "repair my staff and I´ll help them!"

I think a simple answer for why Rosie wanted Alastor to help is the scale of the damage. If that blows half of the pride circle is destroyed. How many of her people? How many others? Will she even be safe? Even from a purely bad guy standpoint it stands to reason that killing that much will be bad for any plan. More people is more people to use for your schemes. Of course Rosie could be Lilith or could be working for someone else. But I think its a leap to think she wants to keep Charlie alive. She could, either just for a powerful ally or other connection

I just remembered. When season 1 Al and Charlie went to Rosie's and Rosie told her that she'd have to convince the cannibals.... THEN Rosie asked how Charlie tried to get through to sinners and she said "by song.... But it never works" Rosie smiles and says "it will work here" and Lilith used her voice..... It's a far stretch but.... It could possibly fit in with the Rosie is Lilith? Maybe I'm reaching to far 😅

Nifty is 100% an overlord confirmed. Re-watch the exchange between Rosie and Alastor a couple more times and really digest it. Rosie = Lilith Theory points: - People have pointed out that Rosie's neck is suspiciously very exterminator angel coded / looking. - Rosie's "Magic" is very "heaven" / "angelic coded" - Rosie Teleports EXACTLY the same way (with the same VFX as Lucifer - "Why don't you help them!?" Rosie's deal was to help the hotel and keep Charlie safe. AND finally... look up a famous painting of Lilith called Lady Lilith by Dante Gabriel Rossetti, and notice the flowers featured in that painting. ;) It looks like innocent lighting but everything has a purpose, the background changes to Alastor's hut (where they made their first deal) Now the table has turned and Alastor made Rosie sign a deal with him, as a result it's a blink and you miss it, but Alastor's staff is broken in the scene and in the next it's fixed. Alastor and Rosie (Real Lilith?) made a NEW Deal. Observations from previous episode...we know were ONE gate of heaven fell...we don't know where the 2nd one fell.

I'm still leaning toward Rosie being Roo, the vines I think are roots. Eve and Roo are going to be two different characters. Eve is in Heaven pretending to be Lilith and she's working with or for Roo. I also think they've done something to the real Lilith. And even going with Elijah's theory that Lilith isn't actually Charlie's mom it would still work because there is no saying how long someone has been impersonating Lilith. Also part of the reason I'm leaning away from Rosie being Lilith in disguise is because I think Charlie would recognize something in her. I don't mean looks because obviously she'd be in disguise if she was but I just feel like you'd know, something would catch your eye a habit a turn of phrase they always use. Biological or not this person would have raised Charlie at least for a time I'm guessing for a long time if Charlie didn't remember or recognize the differences

That wasn't an emotional rollercoaster: it was an assemblage of emotional fireworks. 🤩 'Hear My Voice' really is the perfect climactic song. Couple of things to note: 1. I would've liked to see more of Lucifer reuniting with Charlie, his release at the end went by a bit too quickly; 2. they're clearly setting up Lute as the main antagonist of the third season, much the same way they set up Vox at the end of the first season.; 3. it makes sense that the Sinners joined forces with the Hotel and Emily to save Hell. It's poetic and it hints at the possibility of them being able to achieve peace and harmony in the future; and 4. it's about damn time Vaggi got the recognition she deserves from Charlie for her capability as a leader. Vaggi's been carrying the entire team this whole damn time, and I'm sure we'll get more of her backstory next season as well. 💗 🏳‍🌈

It's always a flip of a coin whether I watch your reactions first, or Mosco's. I went with yours first tonight because I had a feeling you were going to go feral over some of the gala outfits. Although I am sure Mosco is going to lose her shit over that sweeping camera move at the end of the song. FINAL2V7/FINALFINALFINALFORREALZ that is so... painfully... accurate. Left to their own devices, artists will have the most unhinged version control ever. Just increment a number! Status is metadata!!! I don't think Alastor had this in mind when he made the deal with Charlie; I think he was just being an opportunist. Having the princess of Hell owe you a favor would be worth anything. As for Vox ... he is so predictable. And of course Alastor would rely on wordplay - that's all you have when you're face is made for radio. It's interesting that Nifty's design, powers, and theme all seems to resolve around stitching and sewing, and Alastor has all those stiches on his body...

I fully expect next season to focus on Angel and maybe end with him being redeemed or close to it. Especially since he's been so absent this season due to Vox's brainwashing. But I think Lute will also be very important as well. Possibly as the secondary antagonist, or tied with Valentino if they go for a more personal story next time. I would also love to see more Vaggi backstory, especially with the flashes we got in episode 6.

Can I just say how much I love Husker’s arc? Seriously, he went from being the most bitter and hopeless member at the Hotel that had to literally be forced to be there, to being the FIRST overlord to join Emily and Charlie in trying to save everyone. THAT’S the moment that had me in tears. If Vaggi is Charlie’s right hand, then that moment (for me at least) solidified Husk as her left hand. He has proven that not only does he believe in Charlie’s dream, but he’s willing to put his life on the line to fight for it. He was a hopeless man that found hope again. And that hope was Angel Dust. Which made it all the more devastating when Angel walked away. Even after everything, Lady Luck still won’t look Husk’s way…..😞 I truly believe he will stop at nothing to save Angel. In his eyes no one DESERVES to be saved more than Angel. ❤️

Idk Alastor did make a point to threaten Rosie with watching *them* specifically die, not "half of Hell" or something like that. Combined with Rosie sending Alastor to the hotel in the 1st place to protect it/them, and I think it's fair to say her priority lies with keeping the people in the hotel safe. From there Charlie just seems the most likely candidate bc of who she is, though it could be somebody else (interesting that Alastor showed Rosie multiple people including Emily rather than just Charlie when he was threatening her) That's my current take on it, need to rewatch both seasons now that this one is complete. No clue who tf Rosie really is if she does turn out to actually be somebody else, or what her end goal is.

I have no doubt that will be an element of season three, and yes, I likewise am incredibly anxious to get Angel’s backstory. One thing I took from this season was that one of the first steps to redemption is understanding why you’re in hell in the first place. Have to know the problem in order to treat it. For Pentious, it was the guilt he felt for having failed to step up and help when he was needed. For Angel……we got a hint, but I’m convinced there’s more to the story. I don’t think Angel will be redeemed or saved until he faces his past and musters the strength to forgive himself for his sins. Right now, in his mind, he believes Val is all he deserves…..

I like how Lilth called at the most convenient/inconvenient time where Alastor is stronger than ever, Lute ( can't forget the baddie) still has a grudge against Charlie, Vaggi ( WHO popped off dis season) and the entirety of hell. AND ROO. who despite watching everyone's every move, will be coming next season. Viv is really dangling 7 years ago, Alastor, Lilth, Lucifer( to a degree, because we really don't know what he knows) Roo, and Rosie especially in this seasons and I want to know what connects them all together. I think that rosie in particular might have a bigger deal with Lilth behind the scenes rather than her being Lilth herself. I do think the Lilth in heaven is an imposter because In sooo many and I mean Manny family photos we see lilth's eyes and Perl necklace two things that aren't visible when she's in heaven. 🤷 I really don't have any theories on that fr. But I loved this season and wish for the 3 season come sooner

I don’t know if anyone has said this already in the comments, but I think the reason Charlie needed to say Vox was the strongest for Alastor to break the deal with Rosie is because Vox would get support from the majority if not all sinners if the Princess of Hell herself admits defeat. Vox, being the media overlord, gains power through approval ratings which is why I think that 100% popped up on the screens behind him. Vel had said in the previous episode that they didn’t have enough support to actually fight Heaven, and Charlie saying what she said granted him that support and power. That’s just my theory though. Great reaction! Quick edit to my theory: After Charlie admits Vox is the strongest, and the 100% appears behind him, he says, “Hell is finally listening to you.” So, I do believe it’s about him winning support.

It was great the way you said Abel's rock was softer. I would call Adam's genre more trad rock/nu metal...very hard, dark like you said. Abel's is still absolutely rock but hits more alternative/emo/punk rock vibes. Think Adam = Korn, Abel = Fall Out Boy. Both rock, both similar riffs and sound-ish, but also different. It's a cool way to differentiate them.

Y'know, I appreciate that the moment Alastor got himself free and got a bit of revenge on Vox, his modus operandi immediately went to "You want me to help save hell? Let's make a deal in my favor." The deal mostly likely was For Alastors Staff to finally be fixed, so he could have 100% of his power(since if you look the staff is still broken and during the fight, he couldn’t go into his Demon Form)for his help with the weapon. And maybe something else for him to stay at the hotel?

Also if you check Alastors Tendrils during his fight, and even before during ep 4. They were Black. After he gets his Staff fixed, they have that green outline glow with green electricity like his fight with Adam in the s1 b4 it broke his Staff. So that should mean he’s at 100% or more since he could’ve made a deal to have more power in return he stays at the hotel?

finally someone who actually remembered what alastor’s deals with rosie & vox were 😭 (and mosco, i’ll be watching her reaction next). i’ve seen so many reactors not understand what was happening both when alastor made charlie say that vox was the strongest sinner & when vox touched charlie bc they didn’t remember the terms that were binding alastor to rosie or vox. not hating bc i do get that reactors are probably watching multiple shows/movies nearly every day so ofc there’s going to be details that are forgotten, especially when there’s a week between every 2 episodes. but seeing someone actually catch exactly what was happening as it unfolded in that scene scratched an itch for me lol i also love that elijah caught the part where alastor says he hates the shoulder touching thing that vox does & called him a creep - that’s another thing that really stood out to me when i watched this episode but i haven’t seen other reactors comment on. i didn’t remember this until i saw a clip of it but in that flashback where alastor rejects vox’s offer to partner together, vox does that shoulder squeeze thing to alastor too.

Can I be honest? All the theories around Lilith. I hope all are wrong. Are they interesting? Yes, absolutely. However on rewatch of S1, literally yesterday, I think Lilith will be no one's perfect picture of her. All the portraits and statues of her have the pearl necklace, and Lilith in heaven has that dark choker, but the flashback in More than Anything she doesn't have any necklace on. So I think everyone is remembering what THEY WANT Lilith to be. And unless she ends up being a completely different character in disguise, I think some parts will be correct, and some will be out of nowhere.

My main issue with the finale is, and maybe someone can explain this to me: With knowing the extent of how much Vox doesn't give a fuck about them, why are Valentino and Velvette still with him? If I was them, I would at least hand his head over to Lute as a temporary peace offering, or something.

So the comment about Charlie being fat that Val made is actually probably a hint towards Valentino's eating disorder and not him just insulting her since he's pissed Vox put her in front of him. It's not like, mentioned in the show, but some external media like Val's drawing stream makes a reference to him forgetting to eat/not eating - actually a little similar to Angel not eating either - and though its kinda hard to notice Val is noticeably thinner in the latter half if season 2 if you compare it to his season one design. It's pretty subtle but he is clearly thinner and his ribs are more visible.

Great finale, I enjoyed it a lot. The one thing I really gotta point out: The Mute Vox joke was the funniest shit and got a full blown laugh out of me. Perfectly timed, perfectly executed. On the theory side of things, it strikes me as odd that Rosie is wearing the neckguard of the Angel soldiers. Curious where that will go, because I am assuming that is not a coincidence in design.

Here is one possible theory for Hazbin Hotel regarding who Charlie's 'birth' mother is, and whether it's Roo or Lilith. What if it's both? What if, when Lilith was pregnant, there was a chance that Charlie wasn't going to survive (like maybe Lilith was unable to bear a child with a high-ranked angel like Lucifer or something). So, out of desperation, Lilith and/or Lucifer made a deal with Roo in which she would give a piece of herself to help strengthen the child in Lilith's womb. So, in a way, Charlie has three parents. She has some features similar to Roo that were pointed out, but she still has Lilith's horns too. Though this is just a guess.

Excited to see your mom's reactions! Also I just wanted to add here that Alastor didn't get BIG like he did in season 1. He got big for taking out those loan sharks and also he had a very scary demon form in Stayed Gone that we haven't seen since. Which could mean that in his fight with Vox he still didn't use all of his power? I'm hoping we see more of his power in the next season.

Bit of a late reply to this but in Loser Baby (I think), Husk says he made a deal to save his power so I'm assuming that while he's not an overlord anymore he still has his overlord powers which is why he was able to help
