The reason he had a prosthetic leg is because he was the brother mentioned at the start whom they had an open casket funeral for with only the leg. And Ben Diskin has been in plenty of things, having done Numbuh 1 and 2 from Kids Next Door, Eddie Brock/Venom in Spectacular Spider-Man, Eugene in Hey Arnold, and more.
