I adore that it shows the Collector trying the Steven Universe "all you need is a show of kindness" approach, as the only character who's believably naive enough to think that could actually work, followed by Luz not buying for a second that Phillip was a good person being controlled by dark magic, and finally his ultimate comeuppance of getting painfully stomped to death with zero regret from any of the heroes and Raine even calling it "extremely satisfying." In these days of bad faith arguments that violence is always wrong and makes you a bad person, this is the kind of shit we need kids to be seeing.

An amazing conclusion to a truly incredible series. It megaladon sucks that we were robbed of a proper Season 3, but I am beyond proud, happy and satisfied with what the team has made. If fortune smiles upon us, and Dana decides to make it happen, there may be hope for us to return to the Bolling Isles one day for more magical adventures. Couple of things I noticed/wondered about: The guy getting his sigil removed at the end is the same guy we first saw getting one way back in Covention. There were said to be just four glyphs...but then, what's that glyph on Titan Luz's chest? For that matter, the glyph King had on his necklace that hid him from the Collector? If the four glyphs "talked" to the Titan, who do these talk to? Speaking of glyphs, you saw how large King had to draw his light glyph to get even that tiny ball of light. Even discounting relearning this new glyph language, it's going to be a while before Luz is as powerful as she was becoming with the old system. Eda getting a giant hook hand is just so...Eda. I would utterly not be surprised if she in fact has multiple attachments, especially since, well, she's used to taking limbs on and off.

Luz's Titan form is the thing I most wanted to see you react to, and it was definitely not disappointing lmao, as well as the final "NOW EAT THIS, SUCKA!" Best moment. The end of an era. I found your channel because of Owl House! After Rebecca Rose got hired to work with the crew, she understandably couldn't really post reactions to the show anymore, so I looked for someone else to watch for that. Definitely worth the wait. -They may not have said it out loud, but the look Luz and Amity give each other before and after they kiss just screams “I love you”. -Eda’s lips tap Raine’s head repeatedly during the rescue. You know, I’ve been here since your reaction to the 17th or 18 episode of the Owl House *correct me if I’m wrong*. Wow, its been such a fun,crazy, hectic, roller coaster. Its funny cause when I first found your channel it was on accident. I was looking for the episodes on YouTube and then I saw the thumb nail and click the video but then I heard your intro and I SUPER confused then it was you explaining stuff about the show and I was like “ This girl has She-Ra merch! *cause I saw the sword behind you.* But yeah I was so excited that someone knew the show so I ended up watching some of the videos and I realized that there was something about you that wasn’t quite “sTrAiGhT” Then I actually took a good look at you and your bracelet and started to question it but then a while later I saw the tile of the reactions and saw “* . LESBIAN REACTS- TO THE OWL HOUSE.*” Then everything just clicked. “ OMG< She’s ✨GAY✨!” And I was so happy cause- actually I personally don’t know why I was so happy, I think it’s because I also liked girls for being a girl and someone having something in common with me. At this point my mom didn’t know I was gay or even thinking about being apart of the LGBTQ+. I do remember finishing one of the episodes and was like, “ I’ma tell Mama today.” Then I did, and now she’s super supportive and is sending me songs about liking girls which I find super silly but sweet at the same time. Anyway Elijah, you have helped me through so much even tho you don’t know how I am, but I do know you, well, what I see of you on the media at least. WHICH ALL GOOD THING BY THE WAY! I didn't discover your channel until after "Thanks To Them" was released. So naturally I binged all of your previous Owl House reactions. An "Arcane" reactions. And "First Kill" reactions. As a bi, neurodivergent weirdo in my late 20s, I was surprised how much I grew to love this show. Growing up in the deep south, especially in the early 2000s, learning to hide who I am and fit "inside the box" was essential to survival, and something I still struggle to overcome to this day. But this show, with its fantastic representation and its message to just be your true authentic self, not to mention the fantastically weird world of the Demon Realm, was much appreciated. We're facing some scary opposition these days, especially here in Florida, from folks who (to borrow from King's Dad) don't care about anything but the need to be the hero in their own delusion, and fear what they can't control. So every ounce of representation, every speck of normalization, especially coming from a cultural titan like Disney, serves as a welcome reminder to the world that we don't all fit inside their little boxes, and it keeps that fear from winning.

Yeah, but it certainly doesn't seem to be a passive symbol - and that symbol King has definitely does *something* magical. We've also seen magic "symbols" in the show that aren't considered glyphs, but definitely do things - like those on the B&E spell used to get into the library in "Lost in Language," so there's *something* we didn't get an explanation for going on.

I thought I was done crying after 20 days of processing...well that was a dang lie lol. This made me tear up and cheer all over again. Your speech at the end especially got to me...for all the thank you's you gave, I want to give a major thank you to YOU Elijah. I found you close after Knocking on Hooty's door, and through your content, I felt seen in my love for the show. Your reactions were so passionate and genuine and it helped me through a lonely time of life when I didn't have many, but I had your videos to remind me there were people out there who were unapologetically gay and nerdy and passionate (in general as well as about a show I already loved). It was you who introduced me to Amphibia, which is another show that has huge, tangible impacts on my life and who I am today. So really, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this journey with us, and being an inspiration the whole while.

Either that or the Collector really can resurrect people. I think he failed with Luz because 1: The Titan had her for a bit and 2: Belos' fungi-shit was already messing up his powers. When Luz dies, they remarked that the Archivists weren't there to keep her from coming back, further implying that he could've brought her back in different circumstances.

I really love watching reactions to this series, but it's so frustrating since I HAVEN'T Seen all of Amphibia yet. This fandom has pretty much made me give up on spoilers because I can't even avoid them by just not watching videos on that series. And it's not like you can pause fast enough if you don't know the comments are coming. Oh well. Maybe some day I'll get through it.
