panda is not a panda

I'm only speculating, but with the description of Mechamaru's heavenly restriction (which is a non-consensual pact) causing his body to be so messed up, it's entirely possible that if his body were to be fixed or healed with jujutsu, that either the pact could forcibly re-apply the damage, or some other consequence would come to Mechamaru. In the best case scenario, maybe healing him would simply take away his long-distance cursed energy use.

I love how silly the joke is that Panda introduces his older sister as ‘bashful’ when her core’s is the only animal base we don’t see lol

Ngl I also fell into the trap of believing Todo to be just a comic relief character; and I was very surprised to see he him come out into such a big role as a leader and guide for Itadori. Todo really is one of those role models I dream to be like, in the sense that you dream to be like Erwin.

Todo is indeed the GOAT of JJK. He is my outright fav character in this series, I love how he is the opposite of the "Buff guy is dumb" troupe in anime where here the giant buff dude is actually insanely smart and backs it up with also being insanely strong.

Yuji also has a heavenly pact like Mechamaru. He was granted amazing physical strength but cannot use cursed techniques.

Doesn’t that get indirectly explained next episode through Mai’s inner dialogue about Maki, though?

I will always love the line: Panda .... is not a Panda

As someone who likes My Hero Academia more than some family members, I would say that Kyoto class is 10 times better than Class 1B.

God I love the fact that Todo is this massive mentor for Yuji. He's such a meathead but it works so much for who Yuji is as a person. Just a simple minded fool who can guide him to higher heights with his strength. The way I've thought about the cursed energy explanation from Todo is that it's like Full Cowling in My Hero. He has a time lag cause he keeps having to use One for All as a move and isn't thinking about it like he's just breathing. Once he thinks of it all as one unit he can pull out all his strength at once

Well yeah, smaller cast, easier to focus on. MHA doesn’t quite have that same luxury… NTM editorial and popularity polls probably play a role on who gets focus.

Todo is anything but a “meathead” or “simple-minded fool” If anything he is the smartest character we have seen so far in the entire series. His intelligence surpasses anything we have seen in the show.
