The protagonist's best friend and emotional support. Lena is confident, adventurous, caring, and a bit loud. She might be the only person that knows Asher's feelings for Ravik (father Isaiah does kinda know too). Her backstory is not fleshed out yet but what I have in mind so far is: her being part of one of the founder families of the town, so her family is really attached to costumes and traditionalist values, really immersed in their culture. Her father could either be the mayor himself or his brother. That would mean Lena might have some pressure from her family but she is also a bit wealthy by Elnid'oh standards.

When I first sketched Lena I did picture her as a light skin redhead but as the culture and influences of arcadia and durashonia specifically started to solidify, it just made sense to make her like the version you see today. Her outfit is way more influenced by Mayan elements than Ravik's, having many patterns, clothing pieces, and accessories like the big jade earrings. Initially, her elemental affinity was water but due to lore and cultural context, it might actually be Fire.

Lena is one of the catalysts for a tragic event taking place in Elnid'oh, just as Ravik is. This ends up causing Asher to be exiled from the town temporarily, but I'm getting ahead of myself, we can talk about that next week since is finally time to introduce the Dark harvest, also known as the Arcadia Night.
