Rough sketches 005 (Patreon)

Before the exodus reports were even on my mind, I was already conceptualizing ideas and designs for some of the important things in the Pre-History of Arcadia!

Of course, some of these aren't definitive but some have been already used like Adonai and the space suits in the exodus reports (which I think might have a return in arcadia on an imminent trip to the moon/ Tartarus) Even the Tartarus design im using currently might be up for polish and change, but here you can see the cavities had different shaper before.

In Adam Tomb's idea, you can see some elements that eventually became the entrance hall giant skeletons. As for the Adamic alphabet, these were the first attempts at creating it, it did change a lot I must say but you can see some elements are still there.

This surely is the first time I show Sophia's appearance, she has blond hair just like kyrios and Asher. You might be wondering who is syzygy, I will address this in more detail later but, after the events in the necropolis at the end of the Exodus reports, Sophia and kyrios die (as I mentioned in Adonai's concept). Sophia decided to make a backup plan in case she died too early, and so Syzygy, And AI based on a duplicate of her psyche, was created to take her place when the moment called for it. Syzygy looks almost identical to Sophia but a bit younger.

As for Kyrios, I trust you will notice he looks a lot like a younger certain important character "coughs" ASHER "coughs" as he also has the same necklace, an important object lore-wise! we can talk more about it later! Not sure what will be posted tomorrow, but I have some ideas in mind, like showing you the sketch concepts for the necropolis and Adam's chamber but we will see.

Some extra details, the names of these characters do have symbolism, and I have been considering Adonai to have a second name, this being Faust, Sophia in the other hand is a character that has a deep connection to important characters from Sleep walkers (a project that takes place before Arcadia), one day I will tell you more about it.
