It seems Ranma and Ryoga will have to team up as a skating duo... Let's see how this plays out!

The fights in the remake are just so much fun to me, it just captures the frantic energy I feel from the manga so well, I think it comes down to just how expressive the new animation is, and how they freely change the animation style to suit the tone, like the doodles they used for Mikado's delusions, or the chibi style to emphasise the comedy, it's just so fun to watch. I've said it before as well, but the remake like the manga makes it clearer early on just how much Ranma and Akane truly care for each other, emphasising those little moments together helps their characters a lot. By the way, they just announced a few days ago that Season 2 will start in October, so we kind of have perfect timing with the reactions, since we'll finish up season 1 in September.

Wow, that’s really cool!… Yea, this version is so much better, it’s become barely recognizable to the original!
