That was Shoot on the operating table. They showed Knov taking him there.

The guy being opperated on was shoot. The guy walking out was Knov. The only way you could have recognized shoot is either by being a master weeb and memorizing everyone's voices or by deduktion but you didnt really have time for that.

I didn't really make connection between the two, but you are not wrong... From start, I was "indifferent" about Pouf, during this episode (splitting) he turned "annoying". What he does later turned him "my Kabuto". DAMN I HATE THAT GUY!!
