Arale is a character from Dr. Slump, a manga that Akira Toriyama made before Dragon Ball. I never saw it myself, but I’m pretty sure there was another crossover in the original Dragon Ball manga/anime, hence the references like “Just don’t make me wait another 30 years!” or whatever it was she said.

And yes it’s been 30 years since they’ve seen each other. At least in our timeline. Not counting the one moment they saw each other in that filler episode with the boob

Fun Fact I read somewhere in an interview that Toriyama hates that hes more well known for Dragon Ball then he is for some of his Other Manga and anime chiefly Doctor Slump and Arale Chan....which is kinda hilarious...but scary if you think about how different the World would be if Dr Slump took Dbzs place and Dragon Ball wasnt very well know...things would be very different

as epic as it may be the most Epic Vegeta related anything I know about is that to Celebrate the New Dbz Game a few months ago Sean Schemmel(Goku) and Chris Sabat(Vegeta Yamcha Piccolo) went head to head and fought each other in the game BUT Sean Used SSJ Blue Goku while Chris Used Yamcha and he Beat the SH!T out of Goku in multiple rounds and overall won the match as Yamcha and in one round he still had like %90 health left after winning

The only Super episode I found more funny than this one, was the baseball one, which is coming up. This episode was classic Toriyama, all the way.

Yes this is from Dr slump that is made by the same author that made Dragon ball akira toriyama. The story is that 2 Drs helped in the creation of an android named arale. The story follows her life with her family & main creator who is also her adopted dad.... She can split the earth in 2... People compare it to one punch man.

B4 dragon ball z in the first dragon ball there are cross over eps you should look for back in the time of the red ribbon army, when goku faces off vs general blue.

did the dub add that in. About cleaning the device after making the pink poo. I don't remember that line in the jap ver. Love seeing this in english for the first time & seeing your reaction too. I have the eps in japanese, as a payed download.

The cross over was from the series Dr slump a "gag" manga, in other words a comedy manga... Eighties had an odd way of talking 😂 any way! This manga was the one akira toriyama made before dragon ball, it was incredibly popular in Japan, the man was already well off but then he wrote dragon ball and well... The rest is history the man is a straight up living legend in the manga industry
