Brother E

This episode never gets old.

Brother E

It’s almost Flashily Time! Curtis you need to start making these reactions more Flashily!

Aidan

Nurufufufu i knew you'd love that moment curtis. That's literally the moment that defines luffy and his love for his StrawHat

Other than Ruffy I think Shanks is my favourite character too, and that's pretty impressing considering how little screen-time he got so far!

LordNoLife

Day 2 of my oath: I a 21 year old man do solemnly swear to mention how many episode we are away from catching up to one piece on every single episode that Curtis reacts to and I do not care how long that takes. And on that note: We are 871 episodes away from catching up P.S shanks is easily in my top 5 characters outside of the crew, along with a certain swordsmen and a guy with a sexy mustache ironically

MarvelKnight101

Mannnnnn why did u cut out Shanks' speech?? Great episode tho!! Can't wait for tomorrow!!

Tony Gilbert King

I've done the math and Curtis you should catch up to the anime in approximately 3 years and three and a half months if we vote to have no breaks for other anime in between sections which no matter how much I want to see you watch some other things trigun ,OG berserk &dragon ball being the top of my list I really hope we do my maths includes your schedule and one piece estimated release schedule as accurately as I could with only useing about 15 minutes of research

Jcw490

Guys, Curtis may not survive certain episodes.

Jcw490

Also, I haven't seen, but what are we doing with the filler?

CrossZ

Shanks is so cool, and that shot of him holding Luffy while we see that he lost his arm is one of the most striking shots of the series

Anonymous

Is there already an anime in place for when we take the first break from One Piece? If so, what is it?

Anonymous

Great series, some really epic moments and some heavy feels too.... You know if you upload like what 6 times a week of this, its going to take like 3 years to get where we currently are in the releases. Going to be an awesome journey.

I think he’s first going to ask us if we want to continue One Piece for the second part (Alabasta). And if we don’t move on then we choose another series like everytime we do recommendations/polls

James L

Better have a box of tissues by your side because there's gonna be some pretty sad stories and some sexy hot women. A tissue for all 3 eyes will be needed.

Gigamac24

Buggy D. Clown, The strongest of the current generation of pirates, is going to Flashily appear soon!

Now you see, Shanks is the standard that Luffy holds all pirates by. If a Pirate were to not go with these standards Luffy would make it a priority of his to kick their ass.

Sloopgamer

At the end of this episode played one of the best soundtracks of One Piece!👌

"You know what the World Goverment are calling me these days? Buggy The Clown." "Yeah so what thats your name right?" "No no, my real name is Buggy D Clown!"

Jojoekage

This guy said hes got a bounty of 8 million on his head. XD Thats cute And hilarious.

Jojoekage

I member when Curtis first watched this, He laughed his ass of because of the "Its just an arm" line. XD "Just another Anime Arm.."

Hes like the most blunt character. I feel like he gets overhyped. Hes just a happy guy who likes to party and protects his friends.

"He doesnt like you" "I dont like you either" "you just watch yourself we're wanted men I have the death sentence in 12 separate systems"

ChaosKing

I’m glad you like the artwork because for some reason a lot of people don’t like it or it grows on them

like me. The first time I gave it a shot I stopped after 3 episodes, did not like the artstyle. Came back a few years later and now it's my favorite anime (and I've rewatched episodes so many times)

One Piece is such a great series. Long though - especially for those of us who have watched it weekly for so many years. But still great! You will love this show and I look forward to following this journey of yours as well as going back and watching some of your other reactions. You bring new life to shows that I have seen all too many times! I have to say though, the animation has come a long way in this show. It is kind of weird watching these older episodes haha

Dandy

And now you know good ol' Shanks. Loving the One Piece journey as always! Out of curiosity, have you ever seen the 4Kids opening for One Piece, the Pirate Rap? It's the main opening that a lot of kids in the 90's, myself included, had as the opening to One Piece when it was on network television. I like it because it's nostalgic and a pretty decent song, but if you haven't seen it for yourself yet, would you mind watching it and maybe throwing the reaction up here or on a YouTube stream or something. Thanks and keep up the great vids!

Absolutely love Shankssuu

Mr. Sweetfreak

Shanks and Kite from HxH has the same voice actor

Ben Wilder
