Dealing with Shirley's tragic loss sucks, but at least the Black Knights now have a Sugar Daddy!

ah the masterbation scene that always comes out of left field lol also the source of the Table-Kun memes about the poor table that was raped in this scene. Kyoto backing at this point does a great job of helping them get off the ground at this point. shore up morale squash the leadership/identity issues and lay the ground work for the cell structure that has gotten mentioned a few times. as for the fathers death part that's better talked after next episode where we can see the fall out better

Hey, atleast there is very little chance of you getting an std... Splinters though...

Lelouch did pretty much bury a town because he didnt bother to do the math. That was made clear when he started the landslide and didnt know how powerful it would be.

Yea, there are definitely a lot of shades of gray in both design and execution among these factions.

Tyler

TABLE-KUN, NOOOOO! RIP. May Shirley's father RIP as well. The first real test of Lelouch's resolve and ideals.

Schmul Sjifris

In Ninas defense... Princess Euphemia is damn hot!

PKKite

And we see again Lelouchs willingness to do anything in a battle to get what he wants like using people like chess peices is also killing non combatants. Just after having the speech about the only people that should die are ones willing to kill and how he would protect the weak.

Ultra Power

I dunno if you noticed, but Shirley and Lelouch, the killer of her dad, kissed at the very end, making this all the more twisted :D

Miasimon

NO! Table-Kun! Alright, Nina has to go. To do that to poor Table-Kun...

Phillip Ribbink

Nanally: Lelouch, I think Nina might be sick. I walked in on her in the student council room and she sounded like a dying coyote. Lelouch: Bwahahahahaha...yeah...yeah. Nanally Nanally Nanally, when a woman and a table love each other very much...

It has been year since I watched this anime....and everything is slowly coming back now. This episode is one that made me love Shirley...as in, protecc and headpat. The dub really does a great job with her. Also, I realized something else....the character I'd consider most normal in all of this is actually Lloyd. Because let's face it...we all could use some of his chill. And the hot purple haired assistant ;)

Gigamac24

Am I crazy or did I miss the table kun scene

Gigamac24

Unpopular opinion here. Does anyone else really dislike Shirley? She kinda annoys the shit out of me.

For me, yes and no. At first, I did find her kind of annoying, but I have grown to like her. :-)

Gigamac24

Also how can she be a lesbian if the likes wood???(taken off of a yt comment I'm not that funny)

Harold Haddick

Everyone talks about Kallen, or Shirley, or C.C., but I never hear anyone talk about real best girl, Milly! She's not some rebel fighting off injustice in the world, but she's over here being the most supportive member of the group, trying to make sure everyone has a good time at school before getting thrusting into the real world. But when the chips are down, she's willing to put her life on the line for her friends, even if it means talking back to a terrorist holding her hostage to save a table fucker. What I'm saying is MIlly Ashford best girl, fight me.

That’s one of the most solid cases I’ve seen made for a Best Girl, My Friend! 😃😃
