He's only been mentioned a few times but basically Vegapunk is known as the greatest scientist in the world - it was mentioned that he was the one who designed the Pacifistas with Admiral Kizaru's abilities among other things

remember when I told you a while back that the next set of one piece cover chapter stories actually got animated so I probably wouldn't give you the pages instead? these were the next set of cover pages, each one was 2 covers a character and without dialogue obviously, so they extended them into these full segments, because it's something they absolutely needed to animate

Luffy landed on a Warlord's island, Nami landed in a weatherman's paradise and Franky landed in the backyard of the world's greatest scientist who's pretty good with robotics. If those three are anything to go by, I can only imagine Sanji is in either a kickboxing tournament, an island full of chefs or another island full of beautiful women. Maybe an island full of beautiful kickboxing women chefs?
