It was interesting to see a psychologist - adept at dealing with the emotional issue of others - with such emotional issues himself!

That basement gives me the CREEPS! Like how the hell did Johan know about Jürgens past and where did he find the old cutoff photos of him and the creepy doll?! Johan replicated this guy’s traumatizing past and made him relive it in Ms. Kempf’s basement. This episode shows how twisted Johan can actually be.

Ok, now i finally got and answer. johan has just a good eye for who is a murderer or at lest people who would be walking over corpses if pushed in a certain direction. he can't jut control anyone completley innocent.

The twist that Tenma cheated too always makes me laugh. Maybe Rudy needs a psychologist himself to work on those projection issues. Also the killer in this episode may sound familiar. It's Takamura's VA!

The relationship between Tenma and Rudy kind of reminds me of Harrison Ford's character and the villain from The Fugitive. Only in this case Rudy turns out to be a true friend. Rather than a dirtbag that tries to frame the hero for murder.

Basically. He’s incredible at manipulating people and pushing the right levers but they have to have those levers in the first place.
