I'd say Pamput is very similar to Hercule. He's overly boastful, overconfident, and has a tendency to show off even to people he has no idea is stronger than him. However, despite all that he is genuinely strong. If we compare him and Hercule to ordinary fighters, they are actually strong. It's just that Goku and friends are far, far stronger than ordinary fighters. Really comparing them to Goku and friends.

It still boggles me how Toriyama completely forgot about Launch, she’s definitely one of my waifus in this series. So whenever she gets screentime I really appreciate it especially when she turns Blonde and uses her Brooklyn accent.
