What’s really crazy is that if we assume that the first movie at the beginning takes place in 2011 (the year it was released) then after the two time jumps it would mean that this virus started to spread in 2019, so…

In regards to being “genetically immune” it just means they were born with an immune system that was resistant to the virus. Nothing more complex than that.

I can't wait until you see the third one. I wanna see your reaction to the main villain's actions throughout the movie. Koba is one of my favorite movie villains I just love seeing his plan in action. I like seeing smart characters execute their plans, villain or hero.

I can't imagine the survivor's guilt that some of these literal survivors of an apocalypse caused by an illness must feel knowing that they were simply blessed with "good genes", but their other family members, including their own children, weren't that lucky.

This trilogy is such a perfect circle of movies, and even the fourth instalment has made me so excited for the future of the series. You're going to have a great time with these. (Also, seeing you crying to the stuff that makes me cry just makes me cry even more so keep doing this xD)
