Back to a somewhat normal week this week! The only unknown is Stranger Things 5x3 and 5x4 edits but they will be up throughout the week! Y'all like surprise drops right? I've been wanting to watch Karate Kid Legends for a really long time so I decided that will be the movie drop this week. BUT Please leave your Christmas/Holiday movie suggestions in the comments below. I need ideas! I have seen Die Hard and yes, I believe that to be a Christmas movie, Elf and the Santa Clause among a few others but I'm drawing a blank when it comes to anything else!

Let's have a great week!

My favorite Christmas romcoms that I hope you consider - Happiest Season and Last Christmas

DieWinterkirsche

Ngl. I think "Santa's Slay" would make a great reaction 😂😂

Nathanael Fuller (Polygon Wizard)

If I remember correctly, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and The Nice Guys are both set during Christmas. I'm not sure I'd call them Christmas movies, though both are very good.

Oh and Kiefer Sutherland just did a new one called Tinsel Town

Chris Collier

For Christmas movies I would love to see Polar Express if you haven’t seen it

Fun week for Mighty Nein and AOT :)

Klaus on Netflix for a holiday movie!! You'll absolutely love it!

The Night Before. It's a stoner comedy for the holiday season with Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Anthony Mackie, but it genuinely has SO MUCH HEART and loves other Christmas classics. I expected it to be very dumb, but it's one I return to every year because at it's core, it's so sweet.

Jeff Ratcliff

For Christmas movie "Love, Actually" if you haven't seen it.

Christmas Movie Suggestions - Bad Santa, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, The Muppet Christmas Carol, Scrooged, How the Grinch Stole Christmas (1966), and The Doctor Who Christmas Special (season 7, episode 0), which falls perfectly to where you are with season 6.

2022 dark comedy Christmas film called Violent Night. Starring David Harbour. It’s a really good movie. I highly recommend it 😁

Howie

Looking forward to the Karate Kid Legends reaction simply because I know how much you love Miyagi-do stuff!

“It’s a Wonderful Life” was on the docket last year, but a mysterious Christmas Day wedding interrupted those plans.

The “Answers” episodes of AoT 👀

Topher 🤪

Bad Santa - Billy Bob Thorton

I actually did a reaction for that one and I ended up deleting it because I hated the movie so much

Oh I wish I'd gotten to see that through your eyes. When a reactor is honest enough to admit it, which is so rare, I can get as much enjoyment from watching their hatred as I can from sharing something they truly love. It's definitely in my top 100 movies. That would have been an experience.

Andy

I didn’t see Christmas Vacation, or “A Christmas Story” in the list of movies you’ve watched for the channel, so if you haven’t seen those, I would suggest those two.

Holly

Was just gonna say It's a Wonderful Life is a must! I've watched it every year since my early childhood

My favourite Christmas movie has to be Muppet Christmas Carol - genuinely and unironically the best adaptation of Christmas Carol I have seen. On the off chance you haven't seen it, absolutely that. I've also pushed for Kiss Kiss Bang Bang here before. It's set at Christmas, though I wouldn't necessarily call it a Christmas movie. But any opportunity to shill for it. And there was an animated Netflix movie back in 2019 that was incredible and had a stacked cast: Klaus.

As Christmas movies go, I've always had a soft spot for The Ref, with Dennis Leary.

Nightmare before Christmas? Maybe, Home Alone 1-2? :D

Howie

I always watch "It's a Wonderful Life" every Christmas as a tradition. As for other movies, "Love Actually" perhaps?

“Nativity” and “Nativity 2 - Danger in The Manger”. The 2nd one stars David Tennant. There is also a 3rd film that stars Cathrine Tate. The Nativity films are Modern British Family Christmas Classics, and often constantly on broadcast on tv in Britain during Christmas time. They’re just a lot of joy and fun to watch that I think you would love.

*Not a Xmas movie suggestion - and apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere - but are you thinking of reacting to Pluribus? Apple+ series that I think would be very much your kinda thing - science fiction, but in the Severance mold, rather than space shit. Incredible cast and creative crew. Only a few eps from the end of the nine-episode season now but there's already an order for a second one, so you could catch up and then do the next one live.

funnylilgalreacts

I am thinking about doing Pluribus. I just have to make sure I’m not running myself ragged trying to do so.

Josh del Villar

It's not Christmas until you've watched Muppet Christmas Carol.
