yessss i love this episode 🥹 the wait i had to endure from when this ep came out to the next one, almost killed me , you’re so lucky 😭

Well, here we are... I consider this the penultimate episode even though the final is a two-parter. It's ironic that Eren has become the monster and villain in the end that everyone needs to stop. I imagine, that's why Mikasa has regrets on not sharing her true feelings. The "what ifs" of.. "could it have changed his mind?" It's going to be difficult to wait for those final two reactions. Wish they weren't split up into weekly releases, but I understand why. I'm sure you already had your tissue box ready! Ready for your tears!

I know you already have your plans for replacing this show in the schedule, but I'd just like to put to the front of your mind again the idea of doing My Hero Academia in the future! I think you'd really like it, and if it did connect with you as it does with a lot of people, I can see you getting immensely attached to the characters and the world. Plus it's quite a bit lighter than Attack on Titan while still having a few dark moments, which I think would be welcome after something heavy like AoT!

We've finally reached it. I can't believe this journey started last year, and it's finally coming to an end. This episode was really something. The last 4 minutes were so well done. We see all of these ships together despite what is coming. The music really builds up the tension, then the pin drops, and all the ships start firing; you see all of those rounds fly off into the distance and kill a bunch of titans, and it gives you hope. Then you see that it barely scratched any of their numbers. What really gets me is that despite all of the death and destruction Eren is bringing, he's doing it because his mother was eaten by a titan in front of him, and he wants his friends to live long and happy lives without having to fight those who think they need to be wiped out.

Fiction: Island Devils Reality: Iran Devils Yeah, I can't in good faith claim to be on Eren's side at this point, despite how I felt about his actions earlier in the seasons. That said, we're living in Marley in real life right now, and I'd be lying if I said that I've never wished for our own Marley to be stomped into smoldering, bloodstained dust. If anyone deserves it, it's us.

You mentioned how there's before AoT and after AoT for you, that's always how I felt with the Ghost in the Shell series Stand Alone Complex. It kind of ruined most anime series. It started really made me fall in love with Philosophy and Psychology. The way it's made you think about what it means to be human, identity, the and so much more. The way it predicted a lot of issues that are currently happening now, technologically, completely, politically, and corruption was insane. The show is actually even more relevant now that when it came out 20 years ago. I really hope to see your watch both the movie and series, especially since there's a new iteration that's coming out in July. It's the must influential anime ever made and I think that it'll be the best show of the year, even though it's not going to be the most popular. For your next series it would be amazing to see you react to Violet Evergarden. I think it'll end up being one of your favorite series, if not you're overall favorite. Sadly even though it's perfect for you, has the best animation ever, and the only story to win the grand prize at the Kyoto animation awards few perks voted for it.

It's probably too late but you should know that the movie version of the ending has upgrades to the animation and dub translation, but if you don't care about that it makes sense that you'd want to react to the specials instead. Either way the reaction will be great!

If you think anyone needs to be "stomped into smouldering dust" you kinda missed the entire point of the show tbh

Whiffed

Hahahahahah I remember commenting that Attack on Titan was the only show that ever held a candle to Avatar the last airbender when you first started this. Now I see you saying the same thing towards the end lol

Nate Stevens

Such a small detail I never noticed till now, but I loved how Levi was scolding everyone for being loud and standing out in Marley, but moments later he goes out of his way and risks everyone's safety to protect a child he just met. A perfect example of why Levi is so loved

Kevin Fog

This has been such a journey. I'm so hyped for the end.

Yeah, you really need to do some self reflection and actually watch the show dude.
