I can say that based on these 2 episodes I absolutely love this show already.

Spader & Bettany acting together without motion capture suits in the way... Christmas came early!

Psychotic Panda

So like has anyone informed her about lanterns? Seems kinda like a slap in the face to skip it and watch this. Nothing against this just like what the heck? It genuinely seems like she has no clue it dropped

Frank (MetronV) Izzy

I don't understand why it would be a slap in the face to watch this over Lanterns. She mentioned several times how much she loves Vision.

Psychotic Panda

Slap in the face was the wrong words just been looking forward to seeing her watch lanterns and to see her ignore it and watch this day one kinda bums me out. I enjoy both shows personally just wish she knew about lanterns considering she watched every other DC thing so far

Coming off the initial reaction and before your afterthoughts... I knew i recognized Todd Stashwick from Picard season 3 as Captain Shaw; he's doing just as fine of a job here! And James Spader here is being such a snarky shit that it makes me want to watch Avengers AOU again just for his performance!

She did announce this show three days ago on the schedule for this week. If she did mention Lanterns and wanting to see it, I'm sure she will, but she does inform us of her plans when they're definitive.

Kevin Bartelen

I don't know if this confirms Wanda being crushed or not, but Elisabeth Olson said she'd only reprise the character if there was a good reason to bring her back... So at the very least she seems to believe Wanda was crushed.

So excited for this. It's a 12 Monkey's series reunion with Terry Matalas as show runner and Todd Stashwick and Emily Hampshire in front of the camera.

*awaits impatiently for episode 2 reaction*

Agatha all along?

The Executive Producer (aka Showrunner) is Terry Matalas. Terry's last major project was Season 3 of "Picard", which was very different (and much better by fan consensus) from Seasons 1 and 2. Before that he also produced "12 Monkeys" (the series). He got his start working on "Star Trek: Enterprise". Taking a page from other producers and directors (like JJ Abrams), he likes to re-employ actors and crew he's worked with before. Enter Todd Stashwick playing the Paladin, who had really great turns on both "12 Monkeys" and "Picard" (basically stealing the entire show in the case of "Picard"). He's a cool guy to follow on the socials as well, and is a well known D&D DM who's hosted several celebrity D&D sessions. Orla Brady, who plays Friday, was also on Picard, and is also known for "Into the Badlands" and "Fringe" (Fringe is a great and often overlooked show, BTW). Meanwhile, Paladin's hacker expert, "Handler", is played by Diane Morgan, who is most well known for her character Philomena Cunk in a series of comedy mocumentaries ("Cunk on Life", "Cunk on Earth", etc.). Finally, the two actors playing Dume and U are Henry Lewis and Jonathan Sayer. They are hilarious members of the theatre troupe "Mischief Comedy", known for their series of "....Goes Wrong" plays, most of which have been televised. I very highly recommend them, with "Peter Pan Goes Wrong" being my favorite. It's available on YouTube.
