Progress Report - May 13, 2025 (Patreon)

Hey everyone.

Got about 75% of the gesticulation done for Batcat. Render this week maybe. No promises. Not much more to say on Batcat. Still hacking away at it.

Have two more Micros that are in the pipe.

Brings the total up to 4: Marie, Claire/Jill, Ciri, Pharmmetra/Widow.

Marie hasn't been touched since last week. Truthfully I'm just really discouraged doing the sound design myself, because it's sounding absolutely terrible. A huge disservice to the fantastic voice performances. I need to find a new sound designer badly.

Right now I'm focusing on Batcat. Marie probably won't be released until after Batcat starts rendering.

Sorry for the overall terseness. I'm just in a really bad mood over how the past week has gone.

Bad sound design experience, getting less work done on Batcat than I wanted, friend-group drama shit that you don't need to know the details of, put together something like 10 minutes worth of lewd-game proof-of-concept that I think I am going to have to drop because no one cares about it despite me really vibing it, rebooting Primordium because it's been two years and I haven't been able to figure out how to make episode 2 work.

It's just been a crummy week.
