Adam baking bread is extremely difficult compared to cooking quick dinner. Cooking doesn't require the same precision and I find it to be much more relaxing (also having ADHD/autism). There's lots of meals that you can make cheap, quick, and taste pretty decent. It's of course not typically as delicious as restaurant food, but it's good and gets the job done. That way the takeout food also becomes more of a special reward than just the daily expectation, more special. Sorry to be a dork about food and sorry that you had a not great experience with your bread lol but I support your journey in trying to make more food at home. It's a pretty neat thing. You're the best! 😎

Regarding „Michael“: have you watched „Michael Jackson: the verdict“ that premiered this week? I‘m from germany and don‘t know since when you can watch it in Canada but as someone who does not really want to invest much time in this whole thing this documentary was interesting

Something that I think will definitely help create more rest time in your schedule is to slowly deprogram your brain from thinking "what is the most productive thing to do rn". Moving to a new place is a great step in that direction as it makes a clear separation between your workspace and resting space! The sourdough kerfuffle sounds super frustrating, but I'm really glad you're starting to make your own bread and hope you can be in a place where you bake for the sake of the activity, not just for resource management. Hope this makes sense. Best of luck ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I love when you delve into the illusions of consciousness 💜 rarely do I see anyone speak about it in such a way that resonates with me as much as you do !!!

Genuinely surprised that you didn't mention Star Wars! Jokes aside, great ramble. Maybe Antoine Fuqua will come forward in ten years and reveal that Michael was a metaphor for religious delusion all along.
