Release Date & More (Patreon)

Chapter 8 entered beta testing today, and these smaller releases also help my long suffering beta team go through things more quickly. Things are going well enough that I feel comfortable announcing a release date. Chapter 8 is the start of Volume 2 for To Be A King, and we have several more chapters to add to that volume.

Chapter 8 will be released on Tuesday, July 12 to all Patron tiers except for the Tip tier (they will get it on Friday, July 22). This was a fun chapter to work on.

Up top you'll see a video I needed to create for the future Steam launch of To Be A King - Volume 1 (Chapters 1-7). It was fun to do, especially with my limited skills in Adobe After Effects and video editing. More work ahead before I can announce a date for the Steam release, but I hope to have a store page ready for people to visit and add to their wishlist within the next couple of weeks.

No dev update next week, due to the release. If anything interesting comes out of my Chapter 9 or Steam release prep work, I'll post it here too. Have a great rest of your week!
