You need to pray sweet heart before you go to bed. Whatever dark something you are watching, idols anything that is not of Christ you should remove it from your home. Also you should read your Bible if you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior look into that. He loves you and it is an attack from the enemy. . WHen you have these situations in the night plead the blood of Jesus over your home and room and self. The paralysis part is a demonic spirit. You can pray for it to leave in Jesus name. But to get stronger in prayer you need to submit to Christ. This has happened to me as a kid for a long time but now I know why as an adult.

Hi Sol, Love love love that you found a way that helps you, it can be so much to deal with especially when you are young. As much as we would all love that to work, sadly something work for some people others don't. Some people have a lot of religious trauma so this is not the solution for them, and that's alright. Everyone is different, but I do hope this stays helping you and that Syrena can find a way either the same or different to get through this.
