New version! Many notes on this one...

TLS 0.35.0

 - Large new section covering the war with Erosia.

 - Two new plot scenes.

TLS 0.35.1

 - Fixes and polishing.

 - Multiple changes to combat balance.

 - Changes to war balance, notably including Simon bonus EXP and effects of Ginasta choices.

Those notes make this update seem small, but I don't think it is! Hopefully everyone will get at least an hour of playtime, ideally more. This is a "mini-war" but it's a big event that has some of everything, so I hope everyone will enjoy it. ^-^

Having said that, I have all kinds of notes and warnings:

 - I hope the events should be basically bug-free, but there is a nearly 0% chance that this balance is final. If you want to play only once, definitely wait a bit.

 - Speaking of balance, the combat side of it was brutal this time. I can already tell this is going to be one of those updates where people with optimized saves complain everything is too easy while some weaker saves end up completely stuck.

 - Sabitha was supposed to have a second custom face. I got promises from the usual guy, but no image files. =/ Hopefully it can be added later.

 - I know there's at least one potential visual glitch when transitioning to scenes in the HQ. Too burned out to figure it out right now.

Okay, I think that's everything I had to say! I hope this update is in decent condition and is enjoyed by everyone, but I await your extensive lists of bug reports. ^-^ This one will almost definitely spend two weeks in beta.

Will test when out of work

Dubsington

Wait, what is happening in this pic?! A protagonist turning down bullshit sidequests just because they are working on something several orders of magnitude more important?

goi

and it is midnight well at least I know what I'm doing tomorrow now

DukeLeto7

Imma gonna report the bugs I find piecemeal instead of writing up a list and posting it after everyone else has reported half of them. In the Southern part of the Ramasta Slums, thera are bazaar tents sticking out of the southern wall where the PC avatar can clip over the left half of the top of them.

DukeLeto7

"Iris gave us this crystal for healing!" He finds out after clearing the area completely and burning through half of his restoratives...

DukeLeto7

Sudden music volume change after Ginasta appears but before she begins talking.

stephenwang89@duck.com

Bug that I found, if you talk to Yarra in the Erosian Prelude (ie, the one where waiting for new content) and scroll through the combat harem members, it crashes when it comes to Robin. Great work overall though!

Lord Forte Games

Alright, got to the end! Rather enjoyed the update overall with one significant exception (see below). The war aspect was quite satisfying, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the invasion of Erosia and some payback... Also some very interesting revelations along the way. Aramite slums keeps tower music. Left side of white trent awnings are walkable Stunlocks from the "Nothingness" creatures in the Yhilin space are kind of unfun and they create a rng sort of difficulty that I don't really like (ie if Qum gets stunlocked, it can really screw the fight over since other stuff has higher damage output). Not too hard per se, just potentially frustrating to me. Though I did forget Disrupt was a thing until after the 5-demon miniboss, so probably would've been a lot easier if I'd used it. ^ that was written from the first section. Even with an optimized party, I find it reeeeeally hard in a bad way during Yarra's section. Like I had to repeatedly retry the first random monster fight because of stunlocks. That group just lacks the dps to burst a Nothingness down before it starts stunlocking. And with the split nature of the section, no way to get the Givini Pin or other similar anti-status items back from the party members who have them. I had to rely on rng status effects from Haze of Sex to get through that fight, which ended up being way harder than either of the optional ones in that Tower area. Even in the optional boss of the third section, I killed all the spiders with taking no damage and still almost lost to the stunlock. Loved Ginasta's entrance XD Again issues with Nothingnesses in the fourth section. Not 100% clear, are the roaming Erosian soldiers considered to be killed or incapacitated? I wasn't sure if I should fight them or not. Sabitha felt mildly RNG too, since Demonic Roar could nearly wipe me in one shot, but it was possible to kill her without her using it at all once I realized her weaknesses. Vhala's 12k crits... XD Overall not frustrating in the way the Nothingnesses were though.

sierralee

Okay, Sierra needs sleep. -o- I will look forward to people's thoughts tomorrow. CyberForte, I will reply in more depth later, but defeated Erosian soldiers are incapacitated, not killed.

DukeLeto7

Jesus, those boss fights are no joke. I wish I'd cut the deal with Ginasta...

Gerald

Thank you for your hard work Sierra your games are some of the best rpg games I've played snf I've actually recommended the game to people for the game play and story elements not for any of the adult portions of the game Though the adult portions are a very nice a benefit

DukeLeto7

One question that may or may not be spoilers. Is there any further long term effects of copying Ghanth's aide back in 0.33 now that Ghanth has been pressured and all? Other than eating up a slot.

Zaiaku

Uh, So I am the pool scene with the lust beams of light, and i can't seem to move whomever I need to move.

Bladestorm

I am curious why was Orclent not able to fight with me? Overall I am surprise I did a excellent job with the war, and you were right those were some hard choices but man was this satisfying can't wait to take the fight to that smug ****. There was so much I like from meeting that mysterious person in the tower to fights and how I struggled with those side bosses. To this new political climate we are going to enjoy, this was worth all the wait. Like always while the adult scenes are nice and show the growth of the relationships and others, it truly this story and world that makes me coming back for more. As always great job, Sierra and thanks for all this amazing work. I probably miss any bugs but I didn't see anything that stood out. Also was there a shining sword?

Silent Servant

Hoo boy, some of those battles were quite the challenge. I enjoyed all of it though! There were only two bugs that I found--one has already been mentioned, the harem menu. The other is when Simon enters the tower area where the Givini Sage resides. On the tile before you step onto the rope ladder, you can walk left and clip into the wall there. It's only one spot, but I figured I'd mention it regardless.

Runcible Technician

This was awesome. The combat was challenging, but beatable, and I really liked what it added to the story. Also, they finally used the pool! In a great and unexpected way!

L.S

Argh, I'm always to hesitant with the duplication, especially in scenarios like the orc democracy case which basically boiled down to "I dislike that person's political views, let's murder-clone him into someone who unthinkingly agrees with us" which is kinda iffy, especially regarding how the Orcs are trying to make a democracy work, which makes "your view gets silently purged" especially not great: hard to have will of people if people are only allowed one "right" way of answering. Not to mention, can't imagine it would go especially well if it were discovered, cause then it becomes even more "Orc nation is literal puppet nation with play democracy where Orcs who disagree with that the puppetmasters want get pruned". But I also like my people being alive, so tradeoffs... It's funny though, as if you do duplicate him you kinda are proving him right in a way: they are making unilateral decisions without their leader's knowledge in an attempt to turn the Orc nation into a puppet state. Huzzah?

Captain Hair

Alright Sierra, there's bugs and balancing and whatnot to work out, but you have a priority item that must come first. We need a group hug CG STAT. Random note of annoyance, the desert wind sound effect was stuck playing through like half the playthrough.

Seil

Soo. That was a thing. My first blind playthrough on the best save. Some thouhgts. First combat. Fights were mostly manageable, aside from Yarra's section. That was kinda painful. Unpreventable multi-round stun can really fuck you over if it keeps switching between targets. Sabitha's boss battle can really fuck you up as well, i am not sure if Demonic Roar is random or on some kind of timer, but if she uses it more than once in a quick succession, you are toast. Overall war felt like a little bit too much concentrated combat, but most of it was actually optional, but if you want better results not optional. Plot. There was so many plot developments and twists i have no idea where to start. It was cool on many levels. The end. P.S. Ginasta is at -2. I have no idea if you could bring her into positives after this update, but we're definitely getting there.

Scol

Have anyone managed to get Simon to level 60 before fight with Fucklord? I'd need another 50k XP to do that and I'm wondering if it's possible to achieve in reasonable playthrough (excluding ones like spending most of days in Orgasmic Empire on sparring etc.). Not that it matters in my case (it would grant my only 1 of 2 points I needed for the better outcome), just wondering.

Rachnera

Awesome update. Now, I want to replay all of Chapter 4 with different researches and investments. Except at this moment, I want to do ALL investments and researches, because everything seems useful. Need... To... Make... Choices. As for plot: I was expecting to see some dwarrens in Aram, especially with the embassy funded. Taste Carina's power of love, spectacled dick! Robin is looking more and more like she will inherit the Doom King mantle one day. As for difficulty: Team Robin/Riala/Carina: It sure is great we all have such good equipment. Team Yarra: If Nalili's mighty Blade of Lust does not disable the enemy, we're all dead. In hindsight, maybe focusing all my purchases on magical stuff (everyone gotta have her own Master Staff) wasn't such a good idea. Also, someone getting hit with the Nothing status on the first turn on any fight feels pretty much like a death sentence, especially with groups of only three characters.

DukeLeto7

OK. The Orcent Challenge and the various Kanese Tower fights. It seems like these can ALL be deferred until after Ulrissa to maximize Simon's XP, BUT it's not clear what's going to happen to Orcent joining the fight when Simon is in the party. It looks like he just joins the party without joining the fight and gets the XP.

mxwesty

I'm at the pool of light when simon fights the fucklord, I get him to retreat at the end. Then I get a game over screen and sent back to the main menu. Is this the intended end of the update, or am I just doing something wrong?

Captain Hair

Another comment I feel should be voiced. If this whole game ends with the power of love I'm gonna laugh. The end credits should use the Back to the Future song in that case.

Hell Satan

Damn you INTERNET download already I have too wait a few more hours, well at least being a patron pays off.

Rachnera

Totally unrelated (well, technically, it's related because I thought about it while checking for things to sell to get better equipment in time for this section), but was it ever explained why Simon's initial stuff sells for far more than other equipments with similar stats?

Ripe

Hm, does Simon not get any XP from his fight with Fucklord? As a result, due to their fight with Sabitha, in my playtrough Aka, Hilstara, Yarra and Robin now have more XP then Simon... Also, is there a reason why Altina is not available for selection when you are building a party for fight with Sabitha?

Xenos DB

Hi, small problem with a conversation: If Robin creates her Arcane crystal after the war ends, in chapter 4, she stills says: 'But with the war impending... I think delaying would be unwise'

Grey Wolf

Though the New Form reflection no longer crashes the game the same cannot be said for the Erosian captives which unfortunately crashes the game in an identical manner. And the fights in Yarra's route could have been done with Simon? Haven't had an area that hard since the docks, overall though the update was great, looking forward to Stenai. Still curious about the Anak and Givini sage, and the Mother for that matter, she had an... interesting reaction before she banished them. On a somewhat unrelated note I would advise you to stay away from the youtube comments on those Crimson Gray videos, even the coherent critics all seemed to think the game is supposed to be an indictment of modern psychiatry and a caricature of 'big pharma'. People seem convinced that if a game includes depression the whole point of the game has to be to tell people to go to therapy, as if every piece of media that even touches on mental health has to be a public service announcement extolling the benefits of modern medicine.

Captain Hair

Another random comment.... I seem to be full of them this release. I know you're not likely looking for event ideas, but I desperately want Yarra to find out Riala knew about Robin and taking mock offense at not being told.

WaxerRed

As many have said Great Update one of the best!

Hell Satan

Not a bug but a grammar error, "Since the Tower is so twisty, they won't be able to get here at all once" I think the word should be all at once.

Fulminato

[in the case you don't alredy fix] the crash with the harem panel occur because in the script is called "Graphics/Pictures/Robin.png" file, but the (normal) robin image in the pictures folder is "Robin blond.png", (with "Robin grey.png" for the alternative form)

WaxerRed

TO THE LEFT OF THE TREE WITH THE CHEST IN THE ZIRANTIAN TOWER THERE IS ONE SQUARE ON THE WALL YOU CAN WALK ON!

sierralee

FYI, I just uploaded version 0.35.1!

Lamsey

General comments: I like the way the mini-war raises more questions than it answers. The more we find out about the Tower, the more we find out we're yet to find out. Me likey. I suspect I'll need to replay this one a few times to check out alternate paths... It was also nice to see the various interactions with old and new characters. The sheer depth of TLS' cast is really impressive. The debate on orcish democracy: SO MUCH YES. I've often made the comment that democracy's greatest strength is also its greatest weakness, namely that everyone gets a vote. That's painfully obvious in Tak'Kan, but frankly no more so than in the USA or the UK right now... :-( Battle balance: As ever, I greatly enjoyed the splitting of the party and having the opportunity to use everyone in different combinations. As previously commented, the section with Yarra's party is tricky, but that's in keeping with the plot, I guess - it'd have been fine if Orcent had been able to fight, and it set the scene nicely for the Orcwall, which was a nice touch. I'd have been upset if he hadn't gotten to play with at least some of the new Orc equipment I've been collecting! I agree with previous comments about the stunlocks being irritating. Even with Shieldwall, I found myself with Yarra's entire party stunlocked a couple of times, and if there's a way to mitigate it with pins or whatever, I couldn't see it. It's exacerbated by the fact that both Yarra and Nalili need to take time out every so often to charge themselves up, which draws the fights out. I appreciate the note about healers naturally resisting the stunlock, but that makes things all the more painful when there is no healer. I made it through Yarra's section without having to burn through too many consumables, but Hilstara's going to have a lot of bruises - I shudder to think what that section will be like for players who lost her in the Third Arclent War (how does that even work? Does Orcent step up?). Right now it feels a bit too peaky on the RNG - if the player's unlucky with a round of the demons all using their 'erupt' skills at once, a battle can be over before it even starts, especially with the reduced numbers in each party. The fight with Sabitha was appropriately meaty for me while still manageable. I used Hilstara to soak damage, Varia and Robin to rain down the pain, and Carina to keep Varia in a constant state of Blade Dance (and, as it turned out, she's a damned good choice with Sabitha having Demonic Roar). Typoes etc: Not sure if deliberate - 'Doomed' -> 'Doom'? <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/pwh40xjxwzvj4ab/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.46.43.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/pwh40xjxwzvj4ab/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.46.43.png?dl=0</a> infrastrucutre -> infrastructure: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/m0c93z6l20ma2t2/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2013.02.19.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/m0c93z6l20ma2t2/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2013.02.19.png?dl=0</a> feel -> feels: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/15sgbsqyeq56fds/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.38.03.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/15sgbsqyeq56fds/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.38.03.png?dl=0</a> legitimate -> legitimise: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/oajqui0wouruxu2/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.39.12.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/oajqui0wouruxu2/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.39.12.png?dl=0</a> unusual -> unusually: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/xfbopi1gxb891y6/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.56.03.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/xfbopi1gxb891y6/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2015.56.03.png?dl=0</a> world -> work: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/5f0eiydd4lyjxmu/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2016.33.02.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/5f0eiydd4lyjxmu/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2016.33.02.png?dl=0</a> toic -> topic: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/sfob4743qd376i0/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2017.48.08.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/sfob4743qd376i0/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2017.48.08.png?dl=0</a> Purely stylistic, I think, but 'confess to being' would sound more natural to me here: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/ftqey5i47caijqq/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2017.51.07.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/ftqey5i47caijqq/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2017.51.07.png?dl=0</a> Here are all the non-blocked tiles I found: <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/mc7umnibhu5lsee/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.55.22.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/mc7umnibhu5lsee/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.55.22.png?dl=0</a> <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/2n9f4mwh7nbz661/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.59.13.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/2n9f4mwh7nbz661/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.59.13.png?dl=0</a> <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/8tw0epwvd2uxk6w/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.59.20.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/8tw0epwvd2uxk6w/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2011.59.20.png?dl=0</a> <a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/bo8o6hlpcl110v8/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2016.39.23.png?dl=0" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.dropbox.com/s/bo8o6hlpcl110v8/Screenshot%202018-06-17%2016.39.23.png?dl=0</a>

Dubsington

Arriving late to this party..... had to stop playing to say that "Funplomacy" is my new go-to euphemism for ruthlessly crapping on people.

ECD

Typo: After battle, in the guild, talk to black haired succubus: "That's correct..." panel should be 'topic' not 'toic' Also there's an Aka standing in the final screen, when I interacted it took me back to the Zirantia tower area where three other sprites were waiting, but no interaction could occur. On balance, worked for me, but I'm playing from my optimal playthrough (though I'm considering redoing investments to see if investing in Orcish democracy got different results in tak'kan, or if I rush airship's I can do some more stuff...) General feel: Excellent, but I think a bit more emphasis that yes, you should be knocking out all the poor slaves would help, especially in the Zirantia section, as I let Ginasta do her thing and so, first time through, abandoned all the still wandering ones by focusing on the one's she'd already freed.

SEEQYR

Okay! Here's a very (very, very, very) long list of immersion breaks, points of confusion, wording stuffs, notes, and my take on 0.35.1! After Simon reveals he can speak Zirantian, one Zirantian in the east side of the palace still says "Kaenii" in Zirantian blue, but without translation. This occurs after the Third Arclent War, too, with different dialogue...so it must be intentional, but...is it? After the Arclent War, Qum is in Premium Steel asking for her custom item...even if you haven't bought the OPTION for Custom Equipment in Premium Steel yet. If for some godforsaken reason you failed to invest in Premium Steel until AFTER you take over the IKD (like I did because optimization and me do not get on), Yarra's Premium Steel conversation still references the IKD as though it's still one thing instead of the Chalice States, New Givini, and Tak'Kan. Even when the infested tunnel is fully clear in Eustrin, post-Arclent War...the option will still take you back to the cleared tunnel. There's a maid that comments on how she misses working, in the Succubus Tower in Stineford. She'd be a prime candidate for the Palace Staff quest, wouldn't she? Admittedly she's not a named character, but... Returning from the Tower: Initial Scouting into Yhilin Final State appears to reset everything that happened in Yhilin Palace...including the noble lady who helped with the Victory Points campaigns. The count of times she's now "left the service": 2. The healer in the fighting ring remarks about getting hot under the collar when he "tried to heal in the succubus fighting ring"...even when the succubus fighting ring hasn't been funded yet. The decoration projection, in the HQ Palace for courtyard, walls, floor, and carpet, doesn't update when you change courtyard, walls, floor, and carpet tiles. That's it though - everything else works fine. "Summon Janine" option post-Yhilin Final State has their sex scenes remaining the scene. That's fine for everything EXCEPT the Throne option, because in the Throne text, it specifically says "This is Janine's throne"...despite the background of the text still being in the HQ Palace. On the second visit to the Tower, there's a one-gap space where Simon is unable to jump over, perhaps because it's a different block type to the one that DOES work. The one 2 squares above Simon works, though. I have a screenshot of this problem if it's unintentional. This is the only one-square jump that doesn't work. Although this kind of "one-block" jump appears to be arbitrary as to whether or not it works, even throughout the Fucklord incident - bunch of squares that *look* like they should be able to be jumped over...that don't work. With regards to Iris appearing about the second well, she does so if you fund certain base upgrades at the start of Chapter 4, and after the Ardan succession. However, in the period just after the Tower scouting and before the Ardan succession, she isn't there. Regardless of whether Ghanth has been intimidated or not, he still asks to have a chat with Megail outside of the castle. This may not be an immersion break...but he seems awfully uncowed. Post-Ardan Succession, the triggers on the conversations about the corrupted pool in Stineford Region seem to have been reset...so they're talkin' about the subtle corruption cache plant again. Not really an immersion break, but... post-Ardan succession, all the Yhilin petitions have been removed. Is this on purpose? "Reforged Givini Blade" is of a large enough font to overlap with the number beside it. ---- 35.1 specific notes Unman in Ramasta says "I'm not saying we were treated like kinds in the glory days". What does "like kinds" mean? As of the Aram section post-Tower, there are still Succession: Ardoheim objectives left unfinished (they remain white on the screen). This is despite getting the True Stone, btw. Also there's no quest entries at all for the mini-war. Relatively optimized - Uyae, Varia, and Riala at ~Lv. 55 - that boss fight with the four Inchoate/Corporeal Spiders depends PURELY on luck - whether Uyae, Riala, and Varia can kill the spiders in one round, or not (which depends on crits). If they can, you win. If they can't, you lose. Orcent... can now fight in the Tower with Yarra and co., even with Orc Evolution not researched? About the Sabitha fight: the save pre-Sabitha loads to after the equipment/formation of the party is locked, which means that any mistakes in party formation/equipment made it an impossible fight to win. I had to reload an earlier save, and it was lucky that save was relatively close by. --- Overall, though...having basically played the entirety of the game in one sitting, having this much combat was a pretty nice change of pace from how slow it was previously in the Ardan succession. That being said, the battles were pretty challenging/draining throughout, and I had PLENTY of game-overs. I'll note that while my exp is mostly optimized, my equipment isn't - Robin's still using the Freezing Staff I bought for her in Chapter 2. Not being able to see Trin's # of copies when going through Tak'Kan and Aram is...worrying, even if I think I came in under her limit. She mentions that if you "poke her to check for copies" it's possible, but there's no option to actually check. Other than that... I think it was a great combat test, and I really enjoyed figuring out new strategies to work with different groups. i really enjoy the way that mixing characters around makes each battle strategy completely different! I'm going to go back next week and start funding different things - I wanna see what more orc developments would help...especially since Airships look pretty useless as an option right now... Plot-wise, I don't really have much opinion on speculation. I do appreciate that you're playing with the "infinite final dungeon" tropes, and that since the "logical conclusion" of the previous chapters is for Simon to become a lustful god, that there is opposition in his way. I will note that Simon seems a LOT more aggressive in his dialogue with Ulrissa and the Anak. Like, noticeably more angry, single-minded, and aggressive. I don't know if that's a shard reaction to opposing power or something in the writing, but... it's there. That's all I can think of for now, but on further replaying I'm sure I'll have more to say in the future. Thanks for making this update.

Bladestorm

Alright played the latest release and found that the fights are easier this time around probably helps that I have a buttplug for Riala this time. Also I believe I found a typo Here I believe the word world is suppose to be work <a href="https://i.imgur.com/tc197oR.png" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://i.imgur.com/tc197oR.png</a>Also I believe I have found the broom! <a href="https://i.imgur.com/UzcyUcY.png" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://i.imgur.com/UzcyUcY.png</a> I forgot to mention but I had Simon lvl 59 before the fight with fucklord and he is lvl 60 at the end of this update.

SerEaglenose

Great update as always! Any bugs I found have already been covered in detail, tho I was wondering if there was an in story reason for a remade Dari to not be present for the big power of love scene, it really seemed like an all hands on deck situation, and she would probably have even more pent up sexuality than Carina.

AJ_Dragon

Is there some special place you need to go to cure Dari?

Dubsington

So, I got to what appeared to be the end of the game and got into the interstitial waitingroom thing, talked to an Aka standing there, and poof am in a tower fight (the one with the waterfalls where Ginasta hangs out). With apparently no way out (I can only explore half of it because some harem mannequins are blocking the path). Did I stumble on some debugging stuff? Or am I missing something obvious?

WaxerRed

Hey SL just a small thing but is letting Ginasta stay supposed to be -1 to the captive score? Since she later directs you to the group you save from solidified chaos would +1 not make more sense?

Zyrus

So. I have a story criticism here. At the end of it all, Simon says "I don't deserve such-" and is cut off by harem happies. Are you intentionally making Simon a depressed, self-loathing monarch who thinks he doesn't deserve happiness?

onepot

Late to the party, but I'm through. Great update as usual! Just wanna say that I only played 0.35.1 and found the fights balance fine. The Yarra group fights and Sabitha were hard, but totally manageable with a bit of trying. Also, if I can believe the end screen, I just brought Altina, Varia, Carina and Trin over the 100 mark, so I'm really pumped for the next update. (:

Hey SL now that the main hype has died down from the newest release I just had two minor orc related concerns. The first is for "Yhilin Orc Armor" we got some sets for the Spire, but will any ever be sold in a 'finalized' Yhilin? Or were they special made just for our party. The other is concern is kind of embarrassing, but when I went hunting with my good buddy Impaler in the wilds for chapter four, I gave him some of my best orc gear....and he left without giving it back. He knows I just wanted him to borrow that right? But I suppose him taking the better gear and running would be in character. Anyway thanks for your time and consideration!

Finally managed to get around to playing 0.35.1 and got to say it was great! First, the combat. I died a few times, especially to a few mobs with Nothingness but I found with proper preparation and using the correct skills it was doable and it was great! I don't want to steamroll over everyone, its great having a challenge. And the Sabitha fight was fun too. Just had to have the right party. Story-wise, I like the feel of this war. Its a nice contrast to 3AW; where that felt reactionary this feels more 'Simon's in control'. And a few curveballs, but that's to keep you guessing. I really like the implications of Stenai wanting to be a vassal and the whole different scope of politics that involves. And it was great seeing how skilled and powerful Robin has become. great reveal for her too! The brief look at orc politics was really interesting and I really want to see more and how we interfere in the future too. Most politics in stories can be quite boring but I'm always looking forward to you writing it. I do hope the airship investment has a significant impact eventually; I'd imagine that having an airfleet would be a game changer in war, even if not in a direct military function but just for logistics and ferrying troops. If it only acts like the mercenary flotilla did in the 3AW then I think I'll invest in something else because then it doesn't really feel worth it for 1 to 1.5 million. Maybe I'm hoping for too much with something special haha. Does Robin add to the harem size counter and RPmaxed counter during the Fucklord confrontation?

I have a strange problem. I know many of us can say the same, but... Having run through from roughly the start of the succession crisis to the FL conflict. I have twice now been forced to repeat tower battles as Ginasta reappears and triggers sans wanderers the battles for control. I thought I had the lastest fix, and installed in a separate folder(not intentionally as I have seldom had these issues), What did I do? What can I do to catch up? Sorry, for what is probably an inane question, but it is late here and I just had to figure this out. I planned on using the first couple days of my 'staycation' catching up on one of my favorite games. I am sure it is as simple as me missing something along the way, but you are never worse off for asking, right?

Hi Hi~ i joined today. cant give much, but i figured if you had me focused on your game for 4 days solid and then gave me ideas i can incorporate into my own stories (private and not the same, just ideas) as well as a whole new world to add to my imagination (less private, but if asked where its from, i promise to sing praises on praises for reasons said above) then you deserve what i can give at the very least. its a shame i cant play your other games, but i love the one i can play =3 keep going strong SL and may happiness shine in your life ~~~
