TLS 0.44.4 - QA Release (Patreon)

In an ideal world, this link would be the public release on Friday, but this is a complex section and I've made many improvements/fixes. I don't intend to make any more substantial changes, so those of you waiting on spreadsheets can begin working from this. I hope to only make fixes and small adjustments so that the public release goes smoothly.

I don't have a comprehensive list of the many changes and improvements made to this version, but I've tried to reply every time I've made changes. Decanter, for example, has a complete list of affection added to this version.

Not sure what else to say about this one. I'm not sure how the Gryndine River section will feel now, but hopefully it's tougher. You'll also notice some new minor dialogue, including an Erosian captive from the previous conflict showing up.

Anyway, this is a clean thread for new bug reports and final discussion of balance. Thanks to everyone who has devoted time to making this war the best event it can be!

Everything seems good to me in 0.44.4. Balance changes: I changed my tactics slightly to avoid hitting Sabitha with the seed or taking out any of her demons. That still gave me the same overall war results, but with minor changes to the front scores as follows. Initial: Erosia 10 / tower 5 After finding fucklord harem: Erosia 29 / Tower 17 Before fucklord ambush: Erosia 32 / Tower 17 Before ALL THE CURVEBALLS: Erosia 36 / Tower 19 / Ghenalon 38 After ALL THE CURVEBALLS: Erosia 36 / Tower 19 / Ghenalon 36 After Divine Claw base: Erosia 34 / Tower 21 / Ghenalon 34 After Royal Palace battle: Erosia 31 / Tower 28 / Ghenalon 29 In Kyangan: Erosia 29 (31 after investments) / Tower 26 / Ghenalon 25 Elven negotiations - Looks like I dropped a tier in the final result (probably because I was one investment iteration too late to get the succubus/elf airship crew members), which means I now have to decide whether to prioritise that over getting Dheria to apply pressure to Aram over Eustrin. That seems like a positive change in terms of balance. Bugs / typos: Are the changes to Ulrissa's facesets deliberate? Not sure why her wolf hat keeps jumping up and down all of a sudden during the Tak'Kan Tower conversation. It's like it's slipping off her head, which I assume is not the intended effect. It seems that "Ulrissa emo2" and "Ulrissa emo3" have been swapped? The Uyae "..." event on the Antiala statues is not working - are they looking at the wrong switch? Looking at ye'olde Base/Yhilin attack calculation, since the max is now 5 instead of 3, it might be more appropriate to rescale that check or add another + to Tower Front for critical success.

Rebalanced forest seems good if harder especially with the choice from Dheria now requiring some deeper thoughts. May be even harsher on poor saves though.

the elven forest, forest of flickering leaves, has me stumped I have no idea how to get to the locked parts :/
