(Updated: No separate weekly update, since I don't really have anything new to say. Version 0.49.2 should hopefully come out a while later, including new content.)

New version is here!

TLS 0.49.1

- This is an awkward half-update. I don't prefer these, but I wanted an update to help people stuck in Eustrin. It has a ton of minor fixes, so use this one if you haven't played, but there's no reason to replay this one.

TLS 0.49.0

 - Complete world overhaul for Chapter 5.

 - Access to new nations: Erosia, Ghenalon, and Tatseni.

 - Up to three new harem members (depending on your decisions).

 - Several potential new staff members (heavily decision-dependent).

 - Seven new plot scenes, plus four new affection scenes (NOTE: one of these is inaccessible for now).

 - Four new synergy skills.

 - Three new Orcent conversations/events.

 - Assorted minor retroactive changes. Yhilini civilians comment on the Thenoursan War, the monster patrol investment has some cosmetic NPCs, etc.

I pushed too hard. =/ In retrospect I definitely should have interspersed more testing with core development, but that's a lesson for future cycles. For this one I'm courting burnout, so what's best for me is to launch now.

I didn't quite finish everything I wanted, but all the stuff you see on the list is done and in the game. I don't think this version will feel too buggy or incomplete, but I'm sure that version 0.49.1 will include additional content. Variables and checks are also likely to change, so don't take your only saves into this one. Even if you don't care about exact continuity, the chance that I forgot investment profits or relationship points is high.

This one includes a ton of stuff and I can only hope it feels plentiful in the playing, as there's content only available on certain paths. Lots of new sex scenes this time, including some that are new types of content for TLS. And one that I haven't seen done before... though that is the inaccessible one. >_<

There are some placeholder variables that might need to be updated. For those who have played, can you tell me...

1) Tertia's relationship value?

2) How much ProN do you have relative to new investments?

3) What's your Zirantia variable, before and after new investments?

Not sure what else to say. I rest now. Or after promo posts anyway. This weekend I'll put out a bugfix if necessary, then over the next two weeks I'll update oversights and add content as I have energy and inspiration. Hope you enjoy!

Ran into an issue where, if I traveled to the dwarven kingdom, I couldn't get back out again.

Trevor

What exactly do you mean by "How much pron do you have relative to new investments?"

DankPotatoes

Nice update Sierra. Lot's of great payoff, moments, humor and developments. It was a delight to see 3 seperate Thenoursian cities for the first time, i can't imagine the work that took. Sorry to hear about your burnout, though. Hope you'll give yourself a small break before sprinting onwards to the next creative tasks. I have a short list of bugs and issues. I'll just leave out those that have already been mentioned. -There a slime in the Feroholm Merchant camp that is stuck behind a tent on the left of the screen. I assume it was supposed to be fightable, but right now it cannot be reached. -I think something went wrong with the Erosian Pron returns. Some of the investments appeared in the ledger, but paid out 0 pron. -Fheliel doesn't have a rp-locking conversation, despite being able to reach 100rp. I thought that was unusual, since other characters that can't be locked yet are maxed at 99. -I noticed that the Helvenna Warehouse investment is gone, which makes sense, concidering how long ago the 3AW was. But by that logic, wouldn't it make sense for the Givini Monument to be obsolete as well? The war ended years ago in the game, no? -The Unpeople building in Ramasta still looks like a mess, no matter the results at Gawnfall. I think an updated appearance with less floor-holes might be appropriate if they recieved meaningful church support. -Riala's research menu doesn't do anything, except instantly looping back to her conversation menu. Choosing research remains impossible for now. -This might not be a bug, but I am 95% sure that i invested in the Doom King Statue back in chapter 2, but there is a fountain where it's supposed to be. Is it possible that the Yhilin update may have removed it? -The music in Ryoken confuses me a bit. When i first travelled into town, the base music simply continued playing, but when i went to fight the minor IK, it was replaced with the Erosian War theme when i returned. Ryoken should definitely have it's own music, i think. And i personally really like the erosian war theme. -The music of Tatseni might juuuust a tad to loud. Enough to make me turn down the volume instinctively. Perhaps turn down the volume by, idk, 10%? -The face portrait of the priestess responsible for the ivalan bank investment in Ardford moves up along with the rolling text when speaking to her. A small issue, but noticable. -The pron issue is a bit tricky. I completed the update on an older save, with less optimized investments. But i have also played around with the numbers and found a way to complete chapter 4, while owning nearly every single available investment from the chapter, missing less than 2mil pron from investing in literally everything from base defenses to base decorations. The number of new investments is relatively low, and i think i'm already likely to run out of investments in the next cycle, if more aren't added.

Fulminato

you can obtain the incubus pin in the chest in the givini ruins. (the dialogue state the chest is empty but in the code there is a "change item: [incubus king pin] +1"

SerEaglenose

When you teleport from Yhilin to your room after gaining Fheliel you end up on top of her new summoning circle. Would recommend appearing to the left rather than below the Janine circle.

DankPotatoes

I've been meaning to ask, Sierra: Is the new tower-equipment as good as non-unique equipment will get? Is there any point to continue hoarding Sx instead of spending it at this point onward?

Zaq Reman

Mentioned this in another comment, but it's buried in chain that might be tricky for you to see: Sierra, would it be more helpful to go through and make a list of exactly which Stineford/Eustrin NPCs think their plot sections are ongoing now (risking duplicate reports and possibly delaying 49.1) or after you release 49.1 (requiring another pass through those same sections).

Ripe

Are Stumbling Behemoths in Order of Silence basement supposed to be resistant to everything?

foreverman1991

I've really enjoyed the update so far, but I made the mistake of going back to Eustrin and now can't leave. Not sure if I just forgot a new exit or not but I can't exit through any of tunnels. Had a lot of fun exploring other places beforehand though!

Actual Personman

I think this is a bug, but it might just be me being an idiot. I did not get Aka's weapon during Return to Stineford (I recall reading something that indicated it was not a priority and could be gotten later). I figured now would be a good time. I am stuck on needing to grab the enhanced ore from the mine, as there is one of my faithful orcs blocking the path deeper into the mine. He's a good egg but it's somewhat inconvienient. The NPC's outside are acting like I never allocated the mine to anybody during the events of Return to Stineford, so it's possible that I never advanced that sub-plot and must now pay for my lack of vision. Additional comments: 3,000,000 to restore Feroholm, 1,500,000 to (at most) to restore a farm, another several million for Zirantia, and I definitely don't have the money for all that. Tertia's relationship value is, of course, unquantifiable. But if I had to pick a number, it would be 27. Zirantia value before is 18 and after is 32 (this is for taking all possible investments, including the slum rebuilding and the 250k cleanup investment). Additionally: I have taken to calling the mysterious Zirantian with the curly white hair, tuxedo and horns who wanders around in inaccessible areas the Rambassador. That is all. P.P.S: I just found the investment for the Succubus Holy Knights for a million, the wall of investments continues to climb further out of reach.

Jeffrey Lebowski

Great update, but damn the comments piled up fast! Hope you take some time to breathe and recenter. A lot of bugs the bugs I've mentioned have already been reported so I wont mention them. However, one I ran into but haven't seen mentioned is that you access to Stineford is open from the teleportation map but locked when trying to travel to it from the Feroholm region. Also there is no backwards teleporter in Fheliel's palace, so if you teleport there, you have to walk through the entire Ghenalon capital map to leave - so arduous, I know ;) Overall, very good update, I especially enjoyed the conversation between Simon and ambassador Uolian of the OZL when it finally becomes clear that Simon isn't his ally. I also really enjoyed the Orcent/Vhala convo as I had been looking forward to that for a long time! I really found the conversation with the Premier of Tatseni hilarious when Simon was willing to abandon his hobby of rejecting any reverence (grovelling) in order to sate his newfound obsession with statues. Also this is just me, but I was once again startled by Fheliel just casually bringing up that Simon is an IK, just like Neranda did. It makes sense that he let them in on the conspiracy, I just personally like to keep a running tally of who is in the know, and have been startled to discover that they learned entirely offscreen. But it also seems to be a consistent artistic decision, so I don't mind really. Regarding the 3 possible new harem members, I'm not sure if I missed somebody, but I was only able to add Wendis and Fheliel to the list and I'm not sure who would be third unless Neranda was supposed to be included or I could already recruit one of them earlier. Additionally, the post says several new staff members are available but I was only able to find Renna and maybe Nia (the zirantian in Janine's palace) but she didn't really seem like she was recruited. DId I just miss talking to some characters somewhere or am I searching for nothing? Also you don't have to tell me this if it treads into spoiler territory, but it just seems relevant with shard allocation being a new mechanic. Is Orcent going to be elevated to immortality, perhaps by one of the remaining tiny King shards, or by a chip off of Simon's soon to be fully purified Incubus Emperor shard? Just kinda want my philosopher king to become my Philosopher King, if you catch my drift ;) (really I just don't want him to die). All in all, a very fun (and oh my god so WIDE) update, hopefully you can fight the burnout now that another round of random disjointed NPC lines across the entire map has been taken care of!

DukeLeto7

OK, Imma gonna pause for breath before going into a deep dive on making an enemies list for 0.49 or generating a spreadsheet for Ch 5 investments. As noted above, the note I had on Renna above was a false alarm based on linear thinking in my reading of event coding. Here's a list of issues I found outstanding with the content: The prices on Wendis' sublime shop seem a bit schizophrenic, armors being so massively (5x) cheaper than the weapons. I was going to register my concern that the distribution of shards was going to be tracked via self switches on events in the Hall of Mortality, but then I remembered SL is a tricksy SL so I'm going to shut up about the probable lolspoilers. I think that the enchanter from Ghenalon ought to be named Tim.

Aris Katsaris

A couple more tiny bugs: - When we teleport from your Yhilini palace bedroom back to the HQ bedroom, we end up south of the Yhilini teleportation circle and therefore underneath the Ghenalon teleportation symbol - it'd better if we teleported it to the left of the Yhilini symbol instead. - If I give the 1st shard to Riala, (when Yarra/Qum/Nalili/Iris are all locked at 100) then the affection of the other succubi becomes 103, and it's visibly so when talking to them in the same screen. It seems to revert to 100 if we exit the projection and reenter it.

Aris Katsaris

Okay, something weird, but it may not be a bug, it may just my own memory being faulty. I have two saves. One is about 4.7 proN, another, 20 mins later is exactly 100,000 ProN less. I don't remember making any investments between the two saves (I came to this update with an attempted optimised playthrough that gave me about 4.9 ProN and I invested only 200,000 before those saves, 100,000 on the Succubi Armorer and 100,000 an Erosian Trade thingy + 10,000 for books I think). Checking the Ledger in each of two saves shows me exactly the same investments. Is there anywhere I could have spent 100,000 ProN and just failed to remember it? EDITED TO ADD: False alarm, I used up 100,000 to enter the hermit glade in the Sylvan area.

Johnbowethejoker

This update is amazing. Bugs aside, it is so glorious in it's pay off. Sierra, I started tearing up during the scene when Simon is with Wendis again. Hat's the FUCK off to you. I'm sure I'll have more thoughts later.

StormyAngel

I think there may be a bug with the Fheliel interaction? I helped establish the tower defenses and have her RP at 100 but she's neither on the list nor have I seen any sex scene/teleportation circle ala Janine. Not sure what else I might have missed. As far as Tertia, I found her easily enough, but no luck with her either. Not sure if that's a similar bug or if I just haven't made the right decisions.

qwertyuiop99999

Well I am apparently stuck in the Dwarvarn tunnels.... it is still acting like I am doing the quest from the last update

SJ99998

Something that I don't think anyone has mentioned: The Tatseni armors' descriptions are missing, which of course makes the entire game unplayable. Really though, I know they're just small details, but I love the game's item descriptions. Put simply, they're quite funny.

Ripe

Just one thing about that Stinford farm cost: 1.5m as highest cost seem waaaaaay too much considering rebuilding entire infrastructure of Zirantia cost "only" 2.5m. Or that you can remodel entire slums in Zirantia for 1m.

Cannali

How am I supposed to choose only 6, that's like the hardest decision I've made so far

Salazade

when you go back to estrin why do you get stuck i swear ive talkd to every person there and i cant figure out how to get out

Aris Katsaris

I currently have about 2 & a half playthroughs My initial playthrough (almost completely blind) was badly unoptimized (e.g. I never bought the Ardoheim or Stineford banks, nor funded Dwarf Embassy, I chose orc extermination and failed to open the War Vaults either). In that one I have only 1.850.000 ProN. My Tertia score there is only 23 . On my 2nd and 3rd playthroughs, I played more intelligently where investments were concerned and with use of the wiki (biggest difference between them is that on the 2nd I bought Dwarf Embassy and got perfect results in Ardford Summit, in the 3rd playthrough I abandoned the Dwarf Embassy and chose to sacrifice the Unpeople vote to open the war vaults instead). In both of these I had managed to collect enough money to open the Ancient Ruins in New Givini, and fund almost every other investment of chapter 4 (a few exceptions like Orcish democracy, when I chose Airships instead)-- In these playthroughs I start this update with being given 4.7million & 4.9million respectively. The Tertia score in these is 28 and 27 respectively. I'm rather curious about what it takes to raise Tertia score to 30... perhaps that I've never funded the 2nd Dwarven embassy in any of the playthroughs is to blame?

Version 0.49.1 is now released! If you're giving feedback on the new version, please comment below this point to try to reduce duplicate reports. If I've neglected something from the buried chains above, feel free to poke me about it.

Aris Katsaris

Minor bugs, (playing version 0.49.1) - Eustrin IS now escapable (via accessing the hidden entrance), but if you don't talk to the dwarf and just attempt to go straight north ( https://i.imgur.com/pIrgQbO.png ) you still get the message that you have business in Eustrin. - Three Stineford related screenshots, where people speak as if the Return to Stineford was still going on: https://i.imgur.com/OarMakC.png https://i.imgur.com/Fwvx5qe.png https://i.imgur.com/vDP1naZ.png - If I go directly to the shards projection screen, without talking first to Janine or Dari outside the projection, my Janine score is shown as 115, and my Dari score as 103. If I talk to them first outside the projection (or afterwards) I will see them properly as 100.

L.S

I might be missing something, but does anyone know where Beatrice is? From the looks of things she might be recruitable, but I've wandered the world (finding all the clitched Chosen in the process, that was weird) and couldn't find her.

Dubsington

Awesome. Thanks for sending out a notice about the bugfix release.

thelazypandaman

Just wanted to reiterate since i noticed it was not fixed in 0.49.1 that you can't access the research projection.

Aris Katsaris

More presicely, the Research bug is fixed if you use a save from before you got the investment returns and play onwards from that, but not if you use a 0.49.0 save file after the investment returns.

Aris Katsaris

Not a bug report this time, nor about this update -- but is it okay if I comment about minor things in earlier content that I feel could be slightly improved with just minor text improvements/dialogue changes? Thanks in advance, whether you follow my suggestions or not. (1) In the last confrontation in the "Return to Stineford" arc, I was quite uncertain whether the end of the scene would be triggered with the "ready to enact decisions" thing speaking to Sarai, or by "approach Anna" instead -- and therefore I was uncertain which of the two I should do first and which second. I think it would be a far clearer hint to the players if instead of Sarai's "ready to enact decisions" it was something like "are we ready to bring in the Doom King?" (which has a greater sense of finality to it) or even "are we ready to finalize things?" (2) felt that during the Erosian Prelude, when we have to choose between Church/Merchants/Goddess of Magic cult -- that the explanation was a bit too abstract for my tastes. The gameplay aspect here was clear (choose one, you'll get some bonus with them later), but the storytelling was weak: I think it'd be slightly better if the explanation was made just a tad more concrete -- something to the point of "We'll have to send mages to help them repair their defense wards" would be better I think than the vagueness of having to prioritize how to alleviate their concerns. (3) Since there are at least two mysterious little girls around, I was initially confused about which little girl Sabitha was discussing with us (the one she called Lilith). I figured out eventually that she meant the girl that broke the spell in the Erosian temple (the one we also saw in the Ghenalon battlefield) -- but perhaps some slight dialog changes would help indicate faster that Simon is inquiring about *that* girl, not the one that stuck to him in the Tower. ...these are just things that I feel could be easily improved a bit with some slight textual changes.

WaxerRed

Minor things to add in the sea of comments. During Wendis sex scene she refers to aka as 'knife girl' seems super weird to me, she surely has been their long enough to learn her name. Also want to say while the choices are brutal, I love the dialogue each person has in be given a divine shard. However if you give one to Sarai, she says she wants it in reserve but doesn't want it implanted in her yet. Didn't Rialia specifically tell us NOT to do that, and all the shards should be put in someone as soon as possible?

Tanner

Thank you for the update. I've been waiting to escape Eustrin.

DukeLeto7

Request from your humble chronologist. Please remember to remove the 9 year old from the Merchant Camp (or change her dialogue) at least six months of ingame time after the 0.49 roaming phase. (She's not gonna stay 9 forever.)

Rachnera

Very nice update. Sorry if it has already been asked (didn't dare to look at the 200+ comments): Shouldn't Orcent be a potential shard recipient? Vhala, who is not a harem member and may even be already immortal, can be offered one (though she refuses), and in the very same update, they comment on the similarity of their relationship to Simon. What is the canonical (i.e. not gameplay balance) explanation for the Ghenalese enchanter not being able to improve "new old" Givini pins (the one sold at Mage Guild)?

Fulminato

in the forum Arakhne noted the airship militarization investment isn't unlocked if you invest in the last chapter 4 iteration, but if you already unlocked the ability to invest in it the possibility is still open. it don't seem a consistent behiavour to me. for the pron / country score question i don't have finalized the last chapter 4 round of investment, so cannot say nothing about it, but i reach 30 rp with tertia and unlock her join scene (after that her rp are 31)

Lamsey

Big update is big. Kudos for paying so much attention to detail, even on barely-noticeable stuff like Stairs Guy in the south of Ardford's embassy district. "Hello! I'm nine!" made me inhale a not insignificant amount of cola. My nose still feels weird. I hope you are happy with yourself. Lots of interesting little plot titbits amongst the jokes, too, and even some potentially useful stuff like the Demonic Fruit. It's nice to be rewarded for spending some time re-exploring. Answers to your specific questions: 1) I have Tertia at 31. 2) New ProN balance: 17300 + 3367000 => 3384300. I forgot to total up how much I can spend on new investments, but it's a lot more than my income just between Zirantia (2.5M infra, 1M slums, 250k FL cleanup), Feroholm (3M), and Stineford (0.5-1.5M). 3) Assuming I'm reading the right variable, Zirantia is at 22 at the start of the update. It's getting hard to keep track of all the investments, so I haven't yet decided what to invest in, so I'm not sure where that variable will end up. At this stage I feel like the demands are significantly outstripping my income; opening the New Givini ruins before the end of chapter 4 was a huge cost I hadn't optimised for, so I probably need to go back and change some things around to generate more profits.

Aris Katsaris

I think I've found out a minor-to-medium bug, while I was replaying Simon's route in the Orgasmic Empire -- if you do things in a certain order, it seems you're no longer able to trigger the office orgy scene. I'll have to replay it to verify what exactly triggers this problem, but last time it occured it may be because I had resolved the smuggling problem and & all the petitions office problems (I think), before I resolved the individual problems of the (other) office girls.

DankPotatoes

Answer regarding the questions you asked Sierra: Tertia variable is 23, presumably because I am a horrible person who whored Qum, and i screwed up with Renna. Zirantia was at 21 at the end of Chapter 4, and should be 45 now, since i suspect it will become an important country soon, and therefore went all in investing. I am a bit worried about Pron. I've been playing to maximize profits, and therefore entered chapter 5 missing chapter 4 investments with a total cost of no more than 2 mil. pron. The Chalice States warehouse were one of those missed, and i can't invest in it any longer. This means that there is a total opportunity for around 10mil pron of investment in chapter 5, and given how I'm earning above 5mil per cycle at this point, I am guaranteed to run completely out of opportunities as soon as the next cycle, if no more investments are added to the game. This will not be a common problem for other players, I'm sure, since i've been playing for profit. Concider me at the peak of the Pron-maximizing society. :) But if you aren't currently keeping some investment ideas in reserve for future cycles I will end the game with a huge pile of cash, and nothing to spend it on. If more real investments would make the game unbalanced, I would recommend setting up a major money drain of a kind for those with too much money to spend. Something that does provide a small advantage and costs many millions, but is far from necessary to get a decent ending.

Quiet Stranger

The new scenes for Sarai and Wendis were some of the best in the game. Very sweet moments. Very sincere. (And very funny.) You made something beautiful, Sierra Lee. I request that it be possible to invest in the succubus bar in chapter five. Unfortunately, my playthrough did not renovate the tower until after the Stineford crisis was settled, but I would still like to put it up with the excess funds available now.

AkwardSuccubus

Can somebody help me? I just began the Return to Stineford part from chapter 5 and I'm not able to go talk to the duke, Simon just keep saying 'There's littlepoint returning to the duke' but I never spoke to him soo him locked in the stineford event... I tried reloading to chap 5 start again no luck anyone knowing wich var to look at?

DankPotatoes

The Zirantia Ruins that the NUP want opened are bugged in chapter 3. If you exit the ruins and attempt to reenter them Uyae says something among the lines of "We've already had our turn in there", like she does in chapter 5 free roam. It honestly caught me offguard at first, i thought it was supposed to happen, but Uyae suddenly spoke such flawless english that it didn't seem quite right at that point xD

werewindle

1) I've ended with Tertia at 28, but I guess I didn't invest very wisely. I used my prons to clear up some remaining old investments, like that 1mil burned on the New Givini mage guild and already rethinking it, that one has been pissing me off for a long time, because I just always find bigger priorities every cycle. Same with Eustrin embassy, I thought this was the time, but perhaps not. 2) 4979000 pron from nearly zero, I thought I was set for life, but the new prices are eye-gouging. Also I saw that price for unlocking the ruin went from 5mil to 3mil and I started chewing on some live wires from outrage. I know I got some important bonuses from semi-early opening, but dammit TWO MIL difference in THIS Zirantian economy? I've been robbed, officer! 3) Z score: 23 before the cycle, 32 after I was done, but I didn't invest squat into Zirantia iirc. I sort of pampered them in the war so I thought I'll let them wait a bit, but your questions make me rethink my approach yet again, heh. I love the scope of this update, scouring the continent for updates and exploring the new areas was a lot of fun. I guess I have just a small nitpick, dunno if it was mentioned in the deluge of comments yet: the chief succubus of Yelarel's order has an avatar with very odd aspect ratio. Her face is super-squeezed horizontally compared to everyone else and it seemed janky in her conversation with the party.

onepot

' - Three new Orcent conversations/events.' I got the convos in Tatseni with Vhala and in the Ryoken bar in Erosia with Riala. Is the third supposed to happen in The Empress' Grove in Ghenalon? I'd assume so, but it just doesn't happen regardless how often I leave and reenter.

onepot

1) Tertia's relationship value? 28. :( 2) How much ProN do you have relative to new investments? 4,123,500 ProN upon return to the base (3,937k from returns plus 186,500 left over from chapter 4), around 8.75 million worth of investments still to be done from chapter 4. With probably around 10(?) million ProN of new investments, I'll be busy for quite a bit longer. 3) What's your Zirantia variable, before and after new investments? Can't say, as I have no way to check it ingame.

WaxerRed

1)31 2)4.4 million. (Wait should I say a lower number to make SL go easier on us?) Ahem I meant to say 2 million. 3) 28, and I don't think the situation was critical enough to invest in further. Speaking of investments two things jumped out at me. The first was the Succubus order of knights seems a bit to high at 1 million. I'm not sure what gameplay use they will have, but lore wise giving just 10% of that amount to start the order of silence was considered a ridiculously high amount. And does that price change depending on how well you did in the Synnod in pushing them? And maybe if you invested in Yarrel's gasm falls idea they can spend less money on recruitment? Second thing was an oddity but why do "Erosia Trade Prep" and "Erosia Farm Prep" appear in the returns as "0." Seems odd to include them when all other non-profitable returns aren't shown.

genericname12345

These prices are insane. Makes sense, but still - unbelievable. My returns were at I think 3.743 million with about 50k left over from the past chapter, and I was all set to go on a shopping spree...but then it turns out that everything costs an arm and a leg now. Hopefully Erosia turns a good profit - I can invest a good chunk into them. Otherwise I'll only be able to invest in one or two major things a cycle. Granted, I only really looked at Feroholm and Zirantia - so if they're major, extreme cases then hopefully I can actually do side investments. Also: While the Stineford farm prices seem incredibly overpriced (seriously, minimum 500,000 Pron for a single farmstead? Or is it actually a large piece of land/ acreage?), guessing that Feroholm is so expensive is because you're forcibly investing and turning an otherwise unremarkable, down-on-its-luck town into a travel hub or whatever? Also also: Tertia at 24. Sadface. Whored Qum, didn't invest in the Eustrin Guild but probably gonna this round (poor move in hindsight but c'est la vie, can we pretty please get a bonus for that?), didn't invest in the second, more expensive Aram/Eustrin Embassy (which I really should get on, maybe), and yeah. Tried to help the Dwarves where I could but they tended to get the short end of the stick in my playthrough. Also also also: I think there might be a bug? According to the barebones guide I should have gotten at least 250k / 75k from Kyangan investments, but didn't. Or are the new values for the investments we can make now?

Tanner

Greetings, sorry to bring this to your attention, but I believe that I have a dialogue bug from the game. I think that it is in Chapter 3, the first time you visit Zirantia. This take place after you finish constructing the magical key to the ruin with Wynne. Once you move back to Yarra and her group in the castle you can go to the room of the two Divine Claw members. When you try to enter past the barrier, it triggers a conversation with them. The only problem is that the conversation you have uses dialogue from after you defeat the Divine Claw in a later chapter.

onepot

Question: Aside from missing the boni from Incubus Glove and Pin during the Erosian War, there's no downside to opening the Givini Ruins only after the war, right? All items and XP are still there as long as it's still chapter 4?
