The domesticity of grocery shopping with David Shaw is rotting my brain. Add to that the change in tone when he was on the phone.. and even more so the gentle "Are you OK with meeting him?" and "Anything he can have to tell me, he can say in front of you, or I don't need to hear it." He's KILLING me here. And I LOVE an audio that advances plot or gives us a bunch of lore, so this was great. (Though my anxiety has also kicked up a notch because we're headed back to endangerment-to-life territory...) Frankly stellar Collab. That guys voice is like whiskey served over gravel. And Greg seems like a real stand up guy... Love that he seems to be super supportive and there isn't any of the Alpha vs Alpha dick measuring we get in a lot of related media. Can't wait to see what happens next!

I have a question for the die hards! If Davey’s dad started the pack and the members were around the same age,,, once Davey’s dad passed and Davey became Alpha, does that mean he’s the alpha to people older than him? Like, Asher/Milo/Sam’s listener’s parents? Or is it for active wolves? I’m not explaining this right. Like, once the parents have children, do the kids inherit a “council” position in the pack that represents that family, or is the whole family part of the pack. Idk, internal pack politics really interest me.

It was lovely to see a very normal moment between David and Angel (He's gotta be the one getting stuff off the high shelves, right?) and then bring in the extraordinary circumstance of seeing his dad's contemporary. It's the kind of lovely juxtaposition that just adds depth to a story. Wonderful character moments aside, and a very welcome turn from Love Boldly ASMR, it's also interesting to get the Quinn update. And by interesting, I mean "uh oh".

This was such a cool and intriguing installment, for so many reasons! Merely hearing about Quinn's reappearance has me on pins and needles already, brimming with nervous anticipation. That potential return holds an endless amount of plotline possibilities, and layered consequences for any character involved. And from that storyline perspective, it seems the tension surrounding this Quinn situation has now officially been reignited. So, I'm very eager to see where that all goes! This audio also provided so much awesome lore and backstory, on the subject of these two Packs! Every word of it was amazing!!! 🤩 Truthfully, I was excitedly clinging to every new tidbit of information given, haha. It was the coolest thing, learning a little more about the history of, and connections between, The Keaton Pack and The Shaw Pack! Plus, framing it as a conversation between the two Alphas definitely had me enthralled! Loved it! 👏 Again, I can't wait to see where the combined efforts of these two Packs may take them. Also, on that topic: It was wonderful to hear the mentions of personal history, as well. The talk of Gabe and David, and a shared sense of mutual care/respect between the two Packs... It all touched my heart ❤️ Not to mention, hearing David's reflection on his own emotional state, from earlier in his life (as well as his love and consideration for Angel throughout all of this...) It brought an unexpected tear to my eye. It's been an ongoing, beautiful experience to watch his character growth and evolution. This audio was spectacular, in every way! Fantastic work! And of course, Love Boldly played Gregory marvelously! 💖👏💖 Great job! Favorite Line: "I don’t mean to speak for him, and I hope you already know this, but Gabe would’ve been so proud of the man you’ve grown up to be, David. He already was so proud of you, you were always on the tip of his tongue, every time we’d catch up. None of that respect and care that we held for your Pack changed just because he passed away. You have it."

I love Angel and David’s storyline. But I’ve always connected more to Darlin’/Sam’s storyline because Darlin’ and I are basically the same person/personality types. The second he said Quinn’s name I felt just pure hot rage go through my chest 😅. The story, and the storytelling, is just that good. Here’s hoping Sam has leveled out Darlin a bit because *I* wanted to get in a car immediately and go find the punk.😂😂
