OK SO IM GLAD THE BLAKE IS A SEER THEORY IS CONFIRMED THATS SATISFYING AS HELL but im confused to all shit as to why Blake thinks that Sovereigns would know what the fuck to do about his problem??? america explain??¿¿? the fuck? like the Sovereigns under the river like *i sit. in my desolate room* and Brachium shouts down "hey how come this bitch dies in every timeline?" like im at SUCH a fucking loss to find any connection even on desperate yandere brain logic 💀💀💀 why would ancient dead gods know or give a fuck, how did Blake come to the conclusion that that was the answer to the point where hes kidnapped tortured and threatened to kill someone horribly to get there??? but also on that note if Closeknit just kindof has a bunch of captive shades at their disposal i guess that cans my theory on Vega being responsible for the inversion but thats super fucking bananas because now the implication seems to be that Closeknit was willing to sacrifice a college stadium full of innocent people to get hundreds of shades well fed enough to recieve more messages from the Sovereigns. which is fucking horrifying because i guess to them its worth it to feel like theyre communing with actual gods but from a veiwer perspective knowing that the messages are bullshit somehow makes the inversion even more bleak. like 1500 people died so some batshit cultists could hear a bunch of false promices?

HOLY MOLY ON A CRACKER WHATTTTTTT 🤯 It makes so much sense why Blake knows of his friend’s death! Maybe it’s just one of those fixed points in time that must always happen? Blake is so vain (and maybe desperate) to think an ancient being will help with something so trivial. They’ll probably make a deal to say ‘if we save your friend you must free us’ and that’ll just cause HUGE problems. If I was brachium I’d just lie and say ‘they said no, sorry!’ 😂 Very interesting to learn more about closeknit too. I had a feeling that Blake was just using them to his own ends and not really caring about their cause at all. At least he agrees that freeing the sovereigns is a bad idea. Maybe his blatant attitude about it though might land him in hot water with the group if they find out. I’m so curious to know how Aaron and Elliot are going to be able to help! Maybe through a dreamscape or something? Idk. All I know is that Erik, you’ve done an amazing job with this storyline and I’m absolutely HOOKED. I can’t wait to see where things go from here! 😁

Also, just to add, I think this is from Kung Fu Panda, but I’m sure Master Oogway says, “One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it.” So if Blake keeps trying to stop it, he’ll inevitably cause the death of his friend. Maybe it’s because in every possible future Blake will always pursue saving them, and there isn’t a future in where Blake doesn’t try and just accepts it, possibly due to his Yandere possessiveness. And he said there’s some invisible force he can’t see that causes the friend’s death, and Brachium says something like ‘I am beyond your sight’ so mayyyybe Blake does hurt sunshine in frustration and in retaliation Brachium kills or severely hurts the friend? Or does something that will affect the friend? Theories are sprouting out of me as we speak and I’d like to talk about it in the discord server but the video is not available to everyone yet!

As soon as I heard the first sound the shade made I knew what it was and my blood ran cold, I was definitely not expecting that sound again this video. The last thing I was expecting was Blake to not actually be even partially bought in to Close-knit (and a seer of all things) I really hope he's right that they won't get far with freeing the sovereigns. It's so exciting that everything's moving forward now, I can't wait for Vega's push forward too.

Its discussed in the Seer Obscura series that Seers are able to present as other types of magic users and use the powers of those specialized users (its further discussed in the video) and typically will to prevent outting themself. Most likely Blake is a seer who chose to present as a Dreamwalker but he was always a seer

But Erik said somewhere (I don't remember where) that seers don't exist in the Imperium and there is a lore specific reason for it. So I wonder if instead of a powerful seer Blake is a weak dreamwalker there. But I do wonder what the reason is, I guess there's a possibility we might find out next October

I am obsessed with this world and love both chilling with my friends as they bake cookies or play video games, I also love good lore-dump to keep the excitement and stories moving forward. I knew I loved Brachium for a reason that’s my boy! Dear god Erik’s editing and storytelling are so fucking good the shade was terrifying, Brachium’s voice echoing over the river, the final argument alone?!? I got sucked in immediately and was rightfully terrified. Kudos my man you are beyond amazing at what you do 💜💙 Also Blake being a Seer has me rethinking everything about this story. Does he only get small glimpses? Does he disregard anything he sees that he deems ‘useless’ to his goal? Has he suppressed his visions to only use it for himself? And playing off this new info, now I fear for where that will leave Avior and Starlight as they no longer “exist outside his vision” like Brachium in death or those in Aria since they aren’t stuck in the Meridian anymore… Gods I love some good interconnected stories and this one’s got me making a conspiracy board !!!

This world building is beyond exceptional. Having the shades be an actual form of communication from death, giving them more purpose when other writers would just treat them like dementors or just monsters. Makes me wonder if the shade Milo and Sweetheart encountered was somehow connected to Closeknit! And the delicious despicable depth of Blake! A seer are you freaking kidding?! The difference between him and Morgan is such a cool thing to think about! Blake is one of those characters that you can appreciate even if you don’t agree with all his tactics or characteristics, which honestly is what makes a good character. Makes me excited to see where he goes, because I doubt he was even fazed by Brachium’s threat, and was just greedily happy that he was getting what he wanted. For a seer who thinks as hard as he does, he seems like very shortsighted one. I wonder how he saw himself dying when his powers first manifested! And I hope we get the eventual Avior/James/Elliot storyline merger that everyone theorizes about. They each have a piece of each other’s puzzles! It would also be hilarious to have Blake or Eli adamant about not letting the Soverigns out, and Avior just going, actually no that’s exactly what we need to feed the Meridian. Amazing motivations, conflict, characters, and writing!

So first Blake proved that he's a lot scarier than I previously thought, and then Brachium came and I felt a fleeting moment of hope for Sunshine, only for the everloving shit to be scared out of me when Brachium started to get protective. Emotions ran so goddamn high with this one; I think my eyes are stuck wide open. ALSO little side note: I literally had an out of nowhere thought about the plot twist in this one, like, a day ago, but brushed aside because "nah that's totally not the case that'd be crazy". Well bitch, throw it in the loony bin because it's fucking happening, and I couldn't be happier about it. Amazing storytelling, absolutely banger audio, stellar character work and acting -- honestly just claps all around👏👏

Blake being a seer who is fighting for the person he loves most. Is doing horrible things including using a cult, kidnapping and torture to stop them from dieing. This is how you write a compelling villain. You know, this puts the whole " I can't lose you again, I won't.." form the last audio into a different light. While he could just be referring to their push and pull dynamic. It could also be Blake referring to seeing Bestie die over and over again. Damn Blake is a fascinating character. Oh, and Brachiam being a legit bad ass at the end? 😲😳😎

after this huge beautiful incredible narrative push, i feel like im gonna really miss this storyline for the next little while. oh this drama was just so much fun. we praise u a lot erik but its completely deserved, and i hope the praise doesnt seem shallow or annoying at this point bc i so mean it with all my heart. this is such a compelling story and universe with such invredibly fleshed out characters. i am just so so so thankful to be here to witness it unfold in real time. that is really special. this is such a beautiful creative space and UGH im just unbelievably content rn. this was some insane storytelling. huge props.
