Holy shit theres so much in this! Anton's unempowered His partner is an earth elemental All cornerstone cities except McKinley are built around thin spots in the meridian where magic leaks through ETS has heard from Avior and Starlight and they know that E'latum and Min'Ara are in the meridian Besides that they can tell that the meridian has "intelligence" and that it doesn't like their research The Asset is designed to withstand the energies of Aria to some extent!! ETS plans to either strengthen the meridian or replace it completely?! So given the fact that Avior and Starlight (I'm assuming they are the two "emissaries" although Hush and his brother were another thought) have made contact with their respective governments, we can place Project Meridian on the timeline pretty close to the current day I think, if Starlight told the Ruling Council and they started up the project pretty quickly after the Inversion. Ahhh this is so interesting I can't wait to see how the experiment turns out and where the project goes from here!
