Update Notes

Bugfix: "Failed to initialize!" on macOS.

This is a classic case of "works on my machine" so if a macOS user could let me know if this is fixed now I would appreciate it! If you are still unable to launch Blockhead then let me know!

I think this was caused by my accidentally introducing an unnecessary dynamic library dependency due to background changes I made to the error reporting system, which was causing libblockhead.dylib to fail to load on macOS.

Bugfix: Exception thrown when dragging a tempo guide off of a track.
