Bonjour, un terraruim? des koïnoboris ? Bonne journée

Stew Hall

Ooh get ahead with Halloween and maybe do a Victorian style house with a mysterious figure in the window?

Nicola Archbold

Hi Harriet, since it actually starts in September I’d love to see some Oktoberfest illustrations. Maybe a beer stein, pretzels, bratwurst etc? Thank you :)

Suzanne Spruijt

I would love some content on travel/urban sketching. How to tackle a quick 10 minute sketch of your coffee and pie on your day out with friends. How to get a good composition from a view (urban or landscape) that is kinda overwhelming. How to get down that cat sitting on the curb before it walks off. That sort of thing... And as always, I'm all for botanicals, of the more detailed variety.

Katherine

I would love an owl 🦉

Leah

How about an old mossy tree?

Amy Ripley

I know you’ve done California poppies before but perhaps those in a more detailed style? :)

Gwen Marriott

Hi , A person playing bag pipes ? Thank you.

Mary Moury

September always means back to school for me . Maybe a card for teachers? Or a stack of books?

Jana

I know you've done something similar but what about a full bookcase or a bookcase in the shape of a bookmark? Wheat or Mustard fields. Love your seasonal doors - maybe a front door with hay bales, corn stocks, fall/harvest themes.

Erin Berlin

Ooh I like the bookmark bookcase idea!

Erin Berlin

Oktoberfest goodies, pretty please! A Dirndl and Lederhosen, German foods, a Bierstein....

Lilias

A piano (grand if that’s not too ambitious) or something musical.

Beverly Dorman

A room setting....perhaps in line and wash like an interior designer might do for a clent

Lilias

A water mill

I’d like to learn how to paint a hillside covered in trees. How do you make it look like there’s a bazillion trees without painting all bazillion? Milk glass vase

Rachel Clark

Maybe some school supplies similar to the favorite paints tutorial? Crayons, pencils, notebook/lined paper, calculator, and a textbook. A teacher’s desk with apple and books and papers. Something like that?

Rachel Clark

Love!! With creepy, wispy Spanish moss in the trees and a broken gate and all the things. I can supply a photo of a (my) Victorian house! Or one of the more grand ones in the neighborhood since mine is little.

September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month in the States, recognized with golden yellow ribbons. My 6 year old is a cancer survivor and it would be awesome to honor her oncology doctors and nurses with something recognizing their amazing work with kids and their families.

I've got a lovely blackberry tutorial in my book A Year of Watercolour, it might be nice to get it out and do a filmed tutorial.

I'm pretty sure we've got a simple owl tutorial on YouTube and more detailed ones in both my birds bees and blossoms book and a year of watercolour

I love this Suzanne, what I might do is save this for a vlog when I'm on my holidays!

Very late response but I like to make cards and I’d like ideas for masculine cards. Simple ideas like line & wash or other fairly simple ideas.

Hi Debbie you will like the watercolour challenge coming up in a few weeks when we've finished the hay bales piece
