Hi everyone, thanks so much for all your wonderful suggestions for the Advent Calendar, we are compiling our list of 24 and very much looking forward to getting started.

I have designed the calendar and as is tradition, I give the digital version to my Patrons for Free. I have attached a PDF version for printing off at home. If your printer can't handle feeding watercolour paper through you can use the PDF to print at a printing shop.

We are officially launching the calendar next week BUT we have already started selling the hard copies and kit versions of the calendar on my Etsy and Website store. You are very welcome to spread the word to anyone who you think might enjoy it. Next week we will have a Youtube video going into greater detail all about it for anyone new to the concept.

I'm so excited!!! I have so many family members and friends asking me if I am doing it again this year since they look forward to me sharing the paintings every day. I hope to get one or two to join me this year :)

I’ve received my kit and I’m so excited! I saw that a short tutorial on painting the gingerbread design was posted to Patreon- does anyone know where to find that? I’m loving those cute houses!

Ah thank you for your order Sarah! So that gingerbread design is in a reel on my instagram.

Sarah

Oh I found it, thank you! Is there any chance you can let me know how to mix that perfect gingerbread color? I have the mini paint kit that came with your calendar set 🙂

The best thing is always to have a play around with the colours in your palette and get to know them in a way that works best for you. But I would use some burnt sienna, yellow ochre and some cadmium red probably but you will need to experiment with proportions of colour in the mix.

Thank you!!
