Watercolour Challenge 69 (Patreon)

Hi everyone! I absolutely loved seeing your cat drawings in all sorts of poses on Discord. Now it is time to get painting! There is a reference photo attached. We're drawing and painting on a fairly large scale today as a new challenge.

Discord is by far the best place for comments and tips on any paintings you've done as a result of the watercolour challenges as you can post your pictures and see how each other are getting on.

If you are new to painting then I highly recommend going back to the first watercolour challenges and working through the first through to get your basic techniques going. Then you can pick and choose whatever you like!

You will need

watercolour paper (mine is 6x8 inches)

your regular watercolour kit, colours I used: Yellow Ochre, Permanent Rose,  Mars Black, Burnt Sienna, Paynes Grey, Cadmium Yellow, Sap Green

pencil and rubber
