Watercolour Challenge 97 (Patreon)

Hi everyone, we're starting a new topic today. A subject requested by you! We're going to paint a lovely scene of a flower shop. It's going to involve lots of skills we've been going through in the watercolour challenges but today we are putting pencil to paper to get the basic shapes down before we start painting next week.

Discord is by far the best place for comments and tips on any paintings you've done as a result of the watercolour challenges as you can post your pictures and see how each other are getting on.

If you are new to painting then I highly recommend going back to the first watercolour challenges and working through the first through to get your basic techniques going. Then you can pick and choose whatever you like.

a piece of watercolour paper (mine is 8x6 inches)

HB pencil

Ruler/set square

eraser
